Johnny's New York Style Pizza — Restaurant in Georgia

Where do I start? We went in to order a large pizza and wings. The wait was 25 mins , we sat while they prepared the food. As I watch the Woman making pizza was not wearing gloves, but the kicker was she was handling dough and wiped her nose with the same hand she was touching food with. So we asked was that our pizza and explained to the cashier why I was asking. He stated that the oven kills germs. I then replied that it doesn't matter if she is wiping her nose then if a nose hair or something gets in dough we are now eating particle out her nose. So he finally asked was that our food and she stated ours was in oven already. How ever it took an additional 15 mins for the food.

Now at this point he has already said something to her. So she must have an issue now, because she called every single name while we sat there . Even handed some out to other customers because cashier was busy. But when our food was done she sat it on counter and told him our name. He was again busy and as we continued to wait she again tell him our name. He even addressed the man behind us before letting US know that was our food. As we walked out the door she then called out someones name. So I guess she didn't care for us. But it's cool we will NEVER return and will be sure anyone we know stay away as well.

Food was also horrible, pizza was under cooked and wings had no sauce.

Decided to grab a quick bite today so I called in a order for a slice of pizza and wings. My hubby wasn't done grocery shopping so I decided to sit down and it the food I ordered since there were no customers dining in. As I was eating The guy/cook/ cahier came up to me and said that I'm not allowed to sit and eat if I pre ordered food. I understood but there wasn't anyone there.. literally the place was dead. I started packing my food and went to the front to ask for another bag and he must have thought that I was asking him to throw away my trash and he said you have to take that with you I can't take your trash since you called in a order. I'm like I was just going to ask for another bag but never mind. He was so rude. And customer service was poor. Not to mention the wings had no meat and were over cooked and my slice of pizza was burnt and hand no sauce. Also saw the same guy eating his lunch while also cooking meals and taking money from folks. I wouldn't recommend this place. I...

I have been with Johnny 's pizza for 13 yrs, and I just could not believe the way I was treated when I called them to let them know why I didn't like the pie my husband picked up. I wasn't even asking for them to take the one I had back. I know that this pie was sitting there, and it was reheated. The cheese was not fresh, and it was oily. I was raised on eating pizza all my life in N.J. Don't tell me that was fresh. Not only that I was treated with disrespect from the, "MANAGER ". I left my number for him to call me back. this man had the nerve to say that if I call him again, he was going to call the police . he didn't even listen, or ask me what was wrong. This is the one on science hwy. Snellville, GA. Hwy 124. I don't remember the name of the first owner, but he made the best pizza. Always. New people. Watch out. they don't know how to make a pie, and they don't care if you like it or not. The manager they have now needs to take a business course on how to treat customers....
