Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Georgia

Sooooo well , I’m new to the area/location had to pick something up from here because of convenience…I’d like to say it was a mistake .. i got the crazy bread & wing combo wings Extra crispy Simple right? not to them my wings were extremely salty and normally I don’t mind salt but that was too much She blatantly asked me for my flavor and I said Garlic Parmesan they were already made HOT WINGS WHICH I DONT EAT COVERED IN PARMESAN SAUCE SOGGY AND HARD you could tell the wings were out for a minute bc the white meat was dark and hard 😑😑I come in no one LITERALLY no one acknowledges me /greets me there’s no one at the counter so there’s no give me one second I’ll be right with you nothing even the cook who came in the door after me stared me in the face and said nothing 🫤I’m standing there for 5goinng on 10 .. then finally the cashier who I’m guessing was new attempts to take my order but clearly needed help which I understood but they were too busy giggling there was another girl who was dressed in tights and a plaid shirt and in my opinion her mouth was vulgar & disgusting personal conversations in front of customers aren’t even tolerated at my job but I see why there’s only 3 employees there and no customers. Will not be back here and I owe my S/o a fussing🙄ppl work hard for their money and things are expensive. If you don’t want to do the work don’t apply for the job 🤷🏽‍♀️It’s sad I WOULD GLADLY ASK...

On December 27, 2024, at approximately 5:05 PM, I visited this establishment and unfortunately experienced subpar service from a young lady at the drive-through window. Initially, she was reluctant to fulfill my order, and after some back-and-forth discussion, she finally agreed to process it. After completing my payment, she instructed me to park and wait for my order, mentioning it would take approximately 15 minutes and that she would signal me when it was ready. However, after the 15 minutes had passed without any notification, I decided to return to the drive-through to inquire about my order. To my dismay, I found that my order was already prepared and sitting at the window, but it had cooled significantly during the wait. Upon inspecting the items, I discovered that the wings were overcooked and burnt, while the pizza was both cold and poorly made. I attempted to voice my concerns by calling the establishment, but the young lady who answered informed me that no manager was available and abruptly hung up. My order included Crazy Puffs, Caesar Wings, and a half Pepperoni and half Cheese Pizza. I am requesting either a replacement order or a full refund, as this experience has been the most disappointing I have encountered in my food...

I will NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION!! I went through the drive thru on Thursday night Feb 27. I ordered a fresh 3 meat pizza and didn't mind the wait. The buzzer went off and I drove back to the window to retrieve the pizza. I didn't think to check the pizza because I have never had to that at no Lil Ceasar's. I got all the way home to discover I was given the wrong order. I politely called back and spoke to the young man who took my order and was at the window. He apologized for the mix up, gave me his name and told me I could come back that night to get a replacement pizza. I explained that I was at home and too tired to come back. He said he would write my name and I could come back to get a replacement. I called tonight(7pm approx) and tried to talk to the mgr. The young lady who was identified as the mgr was extremely rude. I tried to explain to her the situation. She hung up before I could even tell her any details of the situation. I called back because surely she wasn't hanging up. I told her that I came on Thursday, she said "Today is Sunday!" and hung up again!! I will NEVER go back to this Lil Ceasar's and I definitely will forward this complaint to Corporate....
