This location is one of the most disorganized Martin’s that I’ve been to. I visited today and placed 3 orders for dine in for myself and two guests, of which I was told there would be a 10 minute wait on the biscuits. I said fine. I waited over 20 minutes before going back up to the counter to wait for my order number to be called. As I’m standing there, I noticed drive thru orders as well as some dine in orders being prepared with biscuits and were not having to wait while I’m standing there anticipating my order number to be called. I stand there at least 10 more minutes while seeing others who came in after me place and get their orders before me. At this time the staff is all over the place, walking around not knowing where anything is. By then, I had to ask how much longer would it be before I received my order because by this time I’ve been waiting for over half an hour while they have filled other orders from walk-ins and drive thru that came in way after me. I was there way before those people so my order should not have waited until they cleared the drive thru and everyone else that walked in after me. They didn’t pay attention to my ticket order as it had just been pushed aside while they worked to complete other orders. I’m very disappointed with the service, being that I had to ask for one about my order and even more upset that they didn’t feel it was necessary to get my order out to me in a timely manner being that I had already been waiting for quite some time. I placed my order at 12:24 pm and did not receive it until 1:23pm! Absolutely ridiculous! If it wasn’t for the fact that I had already paid for it, I would have canceled it and left. I suggest the staff learn how to work together and not overlook dine in customers orders that are sitting waiting for their food. When I got there, another dine in customer complained to the staff about her order, asking how much longer it would take for the order to be ready, all while two staff members sat in the dining area chit chatting for a while before getting up to help in the kitchen. Furthermore, the dining area was full of smoke from the cooking, which had people coughing just to breathe. I’ve visited this place quite often and I’ve never had this bad of an experience before. I’m totally disappointed. And, please work on keeping your dining...
Read moreI was one of the 5 star reviews on this place but had to change it as this place went completely down hill the past couple years I really wish I could give it 0 stars, I used to go here daily but then the changed management and employees and the place went to trash, is always dirty (today spilled drink middle of floor they put a wet floor sign there and left it lid and straw was still on the ground smh) and don't take my word for it read all the recent reviews on here most are bad. They treat you like you are a burden when you come into a restaurant to get food absolutely crazy, the will straight walk away from the register not say a word and leave you standing there, not say anything to you but leave you standing there and then other employees will stare at you and not say anything and make you feel uncomfortable like the us something wrong with you for trying to get food at a restaurant, they will tell you to have a good day when you walk out with no food after get ignored the whole time you stood at the register. Last time I was there they will also make you brake a $1.00 for a couple 6 cents witch is fine but then short you on you change 19 cents throw it in you hand and run and disappear into the back immediately. Time before that stand at the register not getting any attention because mange is making the schedule on a clipboard at the register and letting customers stand there as she writes a schedule at the front register and all other employees stand and watch. Horrible Martins need to revamp this whole location. The only one that seem to be constantly working is the tall cook in the back who has been there a while. I really wish I knew the employees name that said have a nice day when I was walking out after ignoring me the whole time I was trying to order food that really bothered me and made me feel very disrespected I will be contacting...
Read moreI am revising my previous review. This morning Sunday the 22nd of September I arrived at Martin's on Mableton Parkway. I sat out in front of the menu outside in the Drive-Thru for about 5 minutes. Which is an eternity at a drive-thru. Apparently the individual wearing a headset for the drive-thru was engaged in a phone conversation at the register. She might have been putting money in the cash register. Not receiving any response from the drive-thru kiosk I proceeded to the window. After an additional 3 to 4 minute wait the individual at the register open the window and told me I could not order at the window. Even though she ignored the alert from the drive-thru kiosk. I don't know if the store has just opened it was just before 8:00 a.m. I have been coming to that location for more than 30 years. Considering the individual was on the phone you might have thought you would have took my order at the window so that I could expedite my drive thru experience. This was a young black woman who had what look like metal on her teeth. So the summarize this individual gave me two indifferent customer service experiences. One her phone call was more important than acknowledging me at the drive-thru. And to add insult to injury sheet made me drive through the drive-thru in order to place my order again at the kiosk or I could get out and...
