We order from here every now & then out of convenience, every time we do it tends to be mediocre & it seems like every time I call the girl on the phone sounds more & more miserable. It’s clear she doesn’t care at all about customer satisfaction, which considering its family owned, you would think that would be a priority. She was extremely short, sounded irritated by my questions & answered me by repeating herself as if I were dumb & didn’t hear her the first time or didn’t understand. She didn’t care to elaborate on anything, she was as brief as possible and once the order was complete she said “ok thank you” & HUNG UP IN MY FACE!!! I had to call back just to find out how long it would take & the total of my order. Im aware that this is how they have always ended calls, but never with such blatant rudenesss as I encountered tonight. As convienent as this location is & with as little as we have to choose from close to home, I think this will definitely be our last time ordering from this place. Let's start with this...when I moved to the south, I was told that there is "NO GOOD CHINESE FOOD, ANYWHERE". So, today, we reluctantly tried Mr. Sze because it's really close. All in all, it wasn't terrible. I placed the order, it took about 20 minutes, no shock there. Walked in to the business and ok, it's clean, fairly welcoming, off to a good start. The girl at the counter was friendly(ish). I took my order to the car and immediately cracked into the Crab Rangoons.....they were eh, ok. Honestly, there could be more filling and less ragoon. Very light on the cream cheese flavor. When I got home, I was hesitant to see my wife's reaction to her veggie lo mein.....I watched, and she finally looked up ........with a smile! If you wish to have a positive customer service experience, this is NOT the place for you. The girl who took the order was very obviously uninterested in working. She acted as if we were bothering her. Additionally, she was picking at her nails while waiting for us to make a decision. When the food was ready, we had to ask for utensils and napkins. They pointed to the napkins on a table. There were 3 tiny napkins available on 1 table. The other tables had none. Thankfully the food was fairly good, but nothing special. I won't ever visit this...
