Don't waste your time doing an order online they don't make it until you get there. Then don't send any one who doesn't know exactly how your order is to be made because not only will your pick up person not know the order but neither will the staff reading your exact order. They hire these young people who have no pride in anything that they do. You are better off going to Jersey Mike's or any other subway locate, just don't waste you time with this one.

Very disappointed I went to the subway there were three people in front of me all three people had multiple sandwiches but no big deal only took 8 minutes. Well the subway worker was finishing up with the guy in front of me strange alarm went off and he walked over picked up a receipt came back and put it on the counter. After he finished with the guy in front of me he said hang on a second. He then made three sandwiches but before he was done with the third sandwich that alarm went off again. The manager Nancy is very unprofessional and rude. Her employees messed up my online order (as usual) and I took it back so they could fix it. After fixing it they offered me a free sub for the inconvenience. When I went in for my free sub Nancy was patronizing. I explained the situation and she continued to question me mainly because she didn’t believe me. I called to speak to someone over her and she continued to laugh and call me honey. I was not rude at all, but she hung up in my face and never answered when I called back. They make really good subs, but they always forget something.
