Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Georgia

I ordered my family's dinner from this store tonight and it was the worst experience I have had with papa johns. The delivery took over an hour to get here. Then it was sort of the right order, I like light sauce and so I ordered light sauce. I got pizza crust and tomato soup. The entire order was cold. The two pizza that had soup in the middle were burned on the outside. The chicken bites were rubbery and contained only 5 actual chicken chunks, the rest were I guess what was left in the bag. I called the store and they offered to remake the order but it would take another 45-50 minutes to get it delivered. Since I wasn't interested in that option he credited my account two pizzas. I have, most unfortunately, had some bad luck here recently. I've ordered from this location for the past 5 years. Before the last few months I've had nothing but good experiences. The last few months have been a different story. My order from Dec 3rd arrived with the pizzas obviously being dropped. My very next order on Dec 18 they delivered someone else's pizza to me. On both occasions they did offer a credit or to remake the orders, which i appreciate. However, I would prefer to just receive it correctly the fist time. I have also noticed a dramatic uptick in delivery times. I don't know if it's a demand issue or staffing. Average orders were 45 minutes to an hour. They are now consistently 1 hour 15 mins to 1 hour 45 minutes. I hope they can turn things around. Papa Johns is my favorite for fast food...

I placed an order online and left instructions on which house to go to as there are 2 houses at that adress. After an hour I called the store to get an update. Brandon answered the phone and and when I told him we hadn’t gotten our order yet he started barking at me saying that they waited for ten minutes. I said I left instructions on what house it is and that they should have called me, to which he claims they did but my phone shows no calls from them. He proceeded to be incredibly rude acting as if I was at fault and when I said I wanted a refund he was just like “Yeah I’m going to” and hung up.
