Decent food, but the owners need to appreciate good customers and learn how to do math. 10 wings = 1 blue cheese or ranch. 50 wings = 1 blue cheese or ranch. Extra $1.75 for each. Maybe THEY may enjoy someone double-dipping in their dressing, but for those of us that don't...and place a $45 order, they need to not be so cheap. Perhaps all the pot smoking in college that they refer to numerous times in menu holds true. Those stoners just lost my business forever.
Response to Owner's Reply: Thank you for taking the time to reply. Let me preface everything saying that I ADORE your wings...they are some of the best I've had in the WORLD and I don't say that lightly. I've been to the place in Buffalo, NY where the mighty chicken wing originated...and all points in between - thousands of wings have I consumed. So, the wings are not the issue. The issue is that even two dressings with 50 wings is skimping. There are not many couples that could consume 25 wings each, and even if they could, one little container of dip will not suffice. Although it is not your responsibility to provide a gluttonous vat of dip, suffice it to say that your math simply does not jive: not on the estimated wing to dip ratio nor on the exorbitant price on extras. One could buy an entire bottle of dip for what you charge for one tiny cup. Most wing places provide TWO dips per 10 wings and extra dips are $.50 extra average. Then...there is the issue of sauces. The first time we ordered wings from PLP they arrived piping hot, yet were "mushy" from the sauce. Thereafter, I ordered them extra crispy/dry with the sauce on the side & was never charged for that. This time, I was told that there would be $1.50 (or more) charge for the sauces on the side. WHAT? So...how many of those would I need for 50 wings? You guessed it...5. So, $45 for wings approx $8 for extra dressings, $7.50 for the sauce to be put in container as opposed to on the wings and I'm over $60 before tipping the delivery driver...and I'm a great tipper (20% usually as my son delivered for a few years in hs so I over tip if anything)! So now I'm up to $75 approximately to feed 4 people 50 wings appropriately without sharing dips and sauces? Call me OCD but that's just gross. In your opinion you said that people "waste" the extras." I say what a waste...because with that kind of business model and pricing, you're going to waste the opportunity of your great food ever making it to the door of the average working family. It is a real treat to order food and spend $50-60 on one meal, but not $75 and not when I feel like I'm getting screwed. We ordered Papa Johns instead & no it was not what I wanted, but it wasn't $75 either, fed this single mom and 3 college boys for 1/3 of the price. We even had...
Read moreWe love pizza and we were getting sick of papa John's so we were looking for a new pizza experience and the menu looked amazing. So we ordered an extra large demon's spicy white love pie excitedly. It came back as delivering in 60 minutes which was fine we were willing to wait. It delivered within 20 or so minutes and upon opening the box found all the ingredients on one side of the pie like it was dropped or rode at an extreme angle on the way. After trying to push what we could back to no avail as it had set and tasted it we found the crust was under cooked and rubbery. 2 huge fails on pizza. This thing with a tip was $40! This was a Friday night and Saturday it still didn't sit right so I sent then an email expressing our concerns and highlighting that $40 is alot of money to pay for 1 pizza and a poorly made one at that. No response. So I sent another one the following week expressing our concerns and and david ardanga responded stating he would contact that store to give us a refund which was fair and we were willing to give them another shot as sh*t happens and we get that. No refund issued which is the reason for this review. It's been 2 weeks and it doesn't take that long tho process a refund, obviously this store has no concerns over customer satisfaction which is a shame as the menu looked really good. No new customers here. Too bad cause we order pizza a couple times a week and this (no pun intended) left a bad taste in our mouth.

Read moreThis is our favorite pizza spot! My mom friends and I always take our kiddos on wednesdays for “kids eat free wednesday” and truly any other day as well! Today my mom joined us for her first visit to PLP and as always, the service and the food was above and beyond! We ordered wings, a go greek dude pizza and it was delicious as always. We have done other pizzas in the past too and all are amazing!
Mike and his team took the time to greet us, they came to our table to check in on us and made sure they were available when we needed them! They even gave us suggestions of what to try the next time we visited as they have a new pizza sandwich that they say is amazing so I will be trying that for sure!
I can tell Mike and his team are very passionate about taking care of their customers and as a store manager myself, I can appreciate and love to see that as I, there are other people out there loving what they do and always putting the customer (internal and external) at the center of what they do and truly committed to giving exceptional customer service which in these days, its a rare gem to see live. Keep it up, we will be back...
