The Spa at Holbrook is definitely one of Woodstock's best kept secrets! I have been multiple times and it is always such an amazing experience. The spa itself is beautiful, clean and has a wonderfully relaxing vibe. The staff is friendly, welcoming and they take very good care of you. I thoroughly enjoyed the facial with Sasha and it is unlike any other facial I have every had! Sasha took time to address my concerns and she was very clean and professional throughout the service. I came out of my appointment feeling very relaxed and more knowledgeable about how to maintain healthy skin. Ralonda is the best massage therapist you will ever come across. The pressure and techniques she uses highlight her expertise and will leave your body feeling rejuvenated! It was the best massage I truly have ever had. I am already looking forward to my next visit to experience even more services!!

Update: Recently had a hair appointment with Lindsey and I received the best service from her as well! I have had many bad experiences with finding a new hairstylist since I recently relocated to this area which left me frustrated and with damaged hair. I received highlights, a toner and a cut and style. Lindsey is very experienced, listened well to my hair needs and leaves you feeling refreshed and very beautiful! Massage Therpist met with me in the room and as we talked he stated that I was his last client for the day and that he wanted 10’min to get some warm towels for the massage! Humm…shouldn’t those already be available? I want a fan of the massage with the towels either, I wasn’t sure if he was wiping off oil he just put on or that is just his way of massaging, the massage felt rushed even though we have 90 min, I’m not sure if I’ll come back because even though the facility was nice the room I was in you could hear the conversation very clearly that our neighbor was having as well as the finger nails being clipped! Even the therapist was astonished how loud the people were next door, it was so loud and the conversation carried on for 40 min about what the Fourth of July plans were. We are in a spa!! Spa voices. “ I said can you guys keep it down we can here everything your saying and I’m trying to relax.” The massage was just okay it was either to much pressure or not enough, the bathroom in the facility had bubble of water when you went to the restroom, apparently from the pool next door but I slipped and someone delete could too! I absolutely love this spa. I have been here twice so far and everytime I come it’s an amazing experience. I usually have a lot of pains and aches due to my autoimmune immune condition so I never feel relaxed. But Ralonda massaged me and she takes away my pain every single time. It’s like a miracle, and I feel alive again. I am so grateful for Ralonda, thank you so much. My spouse also had a massage by Donna and he said she was absolutely amazing, she released so much tension throughout his entire body. This spa is gold!
