If i could put 0 stars i most definitely would. I bought almost $40 worth of pizza and other sides at this location and had it delivered. Took them almost 2 hours to deliver and when they finally brought my food, i was given the wrong pizza. I had specially customized my own pizza (after the toppings my medium pizza cost about $15) and received a plain cheese pizza. i understand there are mistakes so i called back to tell them i got the wrong pizza. The woman who answered put me on hold every single time i called. all i wanted was for them to send me another pizza, i even said i would refrain from eating the one i had gotten. the woman (who claimed to be the manager) told me it would be another hour long wait because she had “other customers who had ordered first.” i said “ma’am i ordered over 2 hours ago and got the wrong pizza, i would say that i ordered first. I paid extra for my toppings and would like to get my money’s worth.” I said this very politely. I was in no way rude, i myself work in customer service and understand what it’s like to deal with upset or irate customers, so i always try to remain calm in situations like this. She hung up on me. Actually hung up on me, because i asked for the correct pizza when i paid extra for the toppings i wanted. I then talked to HR about the employee and my horrible experience. I was promised a refund. I ate the pizza they sent (because what was i supposed to do? throw it away?) and someone finally showed up 3 and a half hours after my original order was placed with my correct pizza. they asked for the original pizza back. My grandmother (who also called and got hung up on by the same woman)was the one who answered the door. Let’s just say some choice words were exchanged and they left with my pizza to take it back to their store. This happened well over a month ago. I have received no refund. Order dominos, that’s what i’ve resorted to. absolute worst customer service i’ve ever received. Cannot believe i received this treatment from someone who calls themself a manager. Read more3/7/2024 I ordered buffalo wings and for them the be crispy meaning just cook them a little longer and mini cinnamon rolls. I was told the order would take 10 to 15min,I came back in 20 min to give them time because they were busy.I get there the wings are done and not how I asked them to be and the cinnamon rolls weren’t done also. Joshua told me they would be done in 3min I gave them 10min. I receive the box already taped closed. I left and checked my food because the cinnamon roll box was cold smh,the fact that they knew the cinnamon rolls were old and cold and still gave it to me is beyond me. I go back and show them the picture attached,the female working beside Joshua at the counter just dropped her lip and Joshua expressed an “awh man” look. The cinnamon rolls were old and hard and the icing wasn’t even melted,them knowing the product was not up to par and they still sold this to me,them doing that let me know they care little about the quality of food that they give their customers. They asked how they could fix it,I explained I can come back and get some fresh ones again 5 to 10min they said it would be done…smh again I go back 15min they hadn’t even fixed my order or had any fresh cinnamon rolls. Read moreThis place is horrible I ordered from them at 10p and and I hadn’t received my order yet and it was now 11p and the delivery guy called me and said they said they didn’t have my order so I called them to see what was going on and a lady answered the phone and said oh the order you wanted we don’t have so she asked me do I want to order something else for the amount of 42.00 that I had already paid for from my car and I yes so the lady took my order again so now it is 12a and so I called again and a guy answered the phone and said oh yeah we hadn’t started the order yet and the order I had before was messed up so I was like well could you refund me my money back and he said yeah yeah I’ve already took care of that and sent you your money back and the order you just made was on the house and he also said all I asked you to do is tip the driver and I said no problem and I want a receipt as well so it took another 25 minutes before the order got delivered and it turned out to be the first order I had originally ordered so I asked the delivery driver well I thought they said they didn’t have this order and the driver was like I don’t know and she said that she was sitting there 25 minutes before they even gave her anything and they didn’t give her a receipt nor have my money been refunded...
