First off let me start by saying that I have never encountered a situation like this before I felt so bad once I left. When I enter the store there was no air conditioner at all it’s literally boiling hot in this environment. I’ve never shopped at this store before, but my relatives have so I was a little confused, So i needed more information. I walked over to the individual that was working there , I’m not sure if he’s a manager or the owner I honestly do not know. I asked him a couple of questions because I wanted to know the process on getting the furniture, This guy gets literally offended because I said, I would rather shop at Aaron then shop here because there’s to many hoops to get Furniture. So let me explain, I have a chime account okay, he informs me they don’t take chime, I guess they don’t consider it as a major bank ok cool. So I said instead of going to open another account with another bank I’ll shop somewhere else like Aaron. From there he just lost it, he wouldn’t help my relative at all, they were asking him for prices on certain items, he was saying just go to Aaron like he didn’t wanna help at all after that. Oh yeah he informed if i posted my review he would drop a video by it. You guys I hope he does, I hope he shows you guys the whole video so you can see how he was acting towards my relatives. But it was a terrible experience, never again. Update!!! You guys he left a review and you see for yourself his disrespectful comment. No real owner would say this stuff god bless this store. Read moreThis is my first Review and it pains me to write this as I normally don't do this but I am so frustrated!! I had furniture worth $2000 delivered on 8/30/2021 where my hardwood floors were damaged (by ED) I immediately contacted MO (Manager) at the store to inform him as to what had transpired and even Ed acknowledge the damage as I pointed it out to him as well. Ed and Mo assured me that they would correct the issue. Long story short I have been contacting BOTH Mo and Ed for over a month now and I keep getting the runaround about them fixing my floors. At this point my PATIENCE HAS RUN OUT!!

Read moreMy whole family loves our Leo sectional from The Furniture and Mattress Warehouse. It's nice to finally have enough room for all 6 of us to watch a movie together! We noticed the wood in the arm of one the end pieces was damaged after we had the set a couple of weeks (it was under the fabric so we didn't notice it immediately). I called FMW and they assured me they would take care of it by either sending a new piece or giving a refund. It took a little time but we got the new piece! Which I am really happy about because I didn't want to hassle with completely exchanging such a large item. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was always very friendly and helpful.
