Not too crazy about this place... The only reason I have been back is because, every once in a while, I feel like ordering out for lunch but there are limited options around. I used to always go to the bbq place that was next door but since they've left, I'm left with R'Jabs and Dominoes as my choices. The wings are not that big and it seems like the "RJabs Original Sauce" has thinned out. At least I don't remember it being that way when I first tried them. It's too watery to get a good coating of it on the wings and on top of that, they don't give you that much... but will charge for extra. Hmmm... The only reason I still even give them the time of day is because the sauce does have a good flavor... well, when its presence can be tasted that is. Then, they give you one ranch/blue cheese cup and a few packets of ketchup for a plate full of wings and fries... No napkins included, no silverware. Over-priced food but they seem to still be stingy. I've also once ordered a hot-dog which was disappointing also. They actually served a hard bun that was way too long for the hot dog. And please don't go by their online menu prices because they are not accurate. They have increased the price but haven't bother to update their menu online. When I mentioned it, after wondering why they charged more than I was expecting, the girl at the registered gave some lame reply and couldn't care less. That was months ago and they still have not bothered to update it. Lastly, they all could use a lesson in customer service and greetings. You call and you get a dull "Rjabs"... You walk in and IF you get greeted, it's with bland faces and less than enthused voices. Ugh... this place just no longer seems worth my...
Read moreThe food was nothing I couldn't have made at home, only I would have done better. I ordered the Polish sausage. It was served on a shribbled up (flattened) bun w/ 2 little stale peppers & about 4 strips of steamed ( not grilled) onion pieces. If it wasn't for the burned strip on one side of the sausage, I'd swear it was half cooked (on the inside); all for the bargain basement price of $5.37. I was so disappointed. I was expecting something special, since it is something that they advertise. This looked nothing like the picture that they advertised. The atmosphere was a little dingy. The front entry glass door was filthy with smudged fingerprints. Anybody can clean the door. It takes less than 3 minutes to clean it with windex & paper towels. Maybe the cashier could have been washing the dirty glass door, instead of staring at his phone, while I waited on my food. You know what they say: dirty door, dirty store. I digress. I...
Read moreFirst time trying R’Jabs Wings. Upon entering the restaurant, I was immediately greeted by the man behind the counter. I let him know that I was here trying the place for the first time. He then walked back into the kitchen and came back out with a freshly prepared chicken wing in R’Jabs own Original Sauce for me to try..I was immediately hooked! Today I decided to go with the 12 piece wing combo with fries and ranch. The food was OUTSTANDING, truly some of the best wings I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating. I can now highly recommend this restaurant, and I will definitely try to stop by again the next time I’m in the area. Few side notes..there is no public restroom for guests, drinks are served in cans (so no free refills), and because it’s a small joint, seating is limited to just a few round tables. Other than those few minor things, this restaurant is phenomenal. Get down here and try it for...
