Went to this place after a year and half still nothing has changed. Especially the attitude of the staffs. (Read the History part below if you want to else you can skip)
History: An year ago in the September of 2022, it was around 9PM near Mall of Georgia and I called them to ask if they are open if we come in to dine at around 9:30. They confirmed yes. This has always been my habit of calling the restaurant ahead of time to check if they are providing Dine in service or ToGo. I reached there by 9:25 and even entered the restaurant to stand in the line and the cashier (not sure if his name) was shouting we are closed and no long taking any more orders. I was very frustrated then and while coming out there was a group of people coming in and he politely welcomed them for Dine in. I came out and called the restaurant and the same person did pick up the call and upon asking the time he said we canât offer service even though it was 9:27 PM as they are closing soon. I asked him you said 9:30PM is fine and now Iâm here and you are not servicing you just said but inviting a group of people for Dine in. He simply said they are our frequent customers and rudely responded we canât service you, you can do whatever you want and hung the phone.
âď¸ The Food: I have tried Cheese Pav Bhaji, Fried Idly, South Indian Thali, Sambar Vada over the last 3 years. Literally none of the food items stood out or even closed to being good. Very average food in terms of taste and quantity is atrocious for its price.
Yesterday ordered Cheese Pav Bhaji and Vada Pav literally havenât seen such a skinny tiny Pav. Very stingy in terms of quantity and literally charging $20 put together for a $10 worth. So not worth the price. Only their fried idly was better of the lot.
âď¸ Service and Atmosphere: I have mentioned so many times in my previous reviews that service and hospitality is key when dealing with customers even if the food is terrible. A chef can have one off day. But havenât seen such a rude and disrespectful service attitude towards customers from any restaurant in the whole of US till date which is as bad as this one. Treats their frequent customers well but wonât care for others and has the worst attitude of shutting the door on your face. So be prepared to face anytime you visit them when they feel they are full and they have their FREQUENT visitors.
The hospitality is very minimal and the atmosphere is very crowded most of the times due to Indian stores near by. Wonât recommend until you ran out of all the options for your Indian dine in.
BOTTOMLINE: A very very average restaurant which pulls crowd in only because of so much Indian grocery store visitors in the same complex. Mediocre food and not worth the price at all. Disrespect attitude and very sub standard service. Wonât recommend at allll!!

The food is delicious and the prices are very reasonable. I have been to Sri Krishna Vilas several times, and I have always been impressed with the quality of the food. The dosas are especially good. They are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The chutneys and sambar are also very good.    Read moreAfter 2 years I turned my car in this direction only because of my kids were hungry, I should have gone to home and prepared uppuma. I am not sure why people give lot of positive review for this restaurant. No its not correct , it not good here and they do not respect the customers. First I ask the person on the counter (curly hair who serves food to customers) he need to listen to customers and be polite which he is not ready, when you ask something he saysâ I will call whenever its necessaryâ its necessity to me not for him. I ordered Dosa , idly , puri and vada
Dosa comes with so called sambar(its just more hot water , pepper, some veggies dal and more jagree)Chutney not sure why they serve this, most of âcustomers just leave on the plate. they should not serve this, its not good, its not tasty and some Red chutney nothing about its Red in color. My daughter(2yrs) after tasting sambar she was saying its a soup, god knows .And one more thing if you ask extra soup sorry samabr they will charge 2$ extra . When ever sambar is less they just add more hot water to it with little salt
Idlyâserved very badly probably that was prepared day back just warmed it and gave. And it comes with same soup, chutney and red color.
Puril-This is ok ,come with potato sagu.. Puri (2nos) sufficient for my son but potato thing its more than enough , it can be fed for at least 3 people( customers are not wasting the food , restaurant guys make them to waste)
Vada âNo comments
I am not hurting anybody here, I pay for what I eat, its not worth the money, more over respect the people.

This is the second time Iâve had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. There are no clear sign boards or instructions that customers need to wait before being seated, which creates confusion.
Even after waiting, the staff showed little hospitality and made no effort to guide us. With kids along, it became very frustrating, and we eventually had to walk out hungry.
Restaurants should prioritize clear communication and basic customer care. Unfortunately, this place failed to deliver on...
