Walked in shortly after 8pm. I saw the worker sweeping (Wesley) and asked if he was still open. He said “yes?” and continued sweeping. Once he finished, he walked into the back room. During this time, the gas station clerk had enough time to check out a few different customers. After standing there for a while I press the ring for service button. He walks out of his back room, glares at me and returns to his little room. I’m immediately offended and ask him if everything is ok when he comes back out of the back room a 2nd time. He says “I don’t know you tell me. You’re the one who pressed the button after I clearly said I was still open” Other members of my party say “we’re just hungry and trying to order food” He continued on his power trip so I interrupt him and say I’ll start with a 12 inch flatbread His response is “actually you won’t. I’m declining you service” Walks back into his back room and doesn’t come back out. We then ask the gas station clerk if she can assist us in anyway. She was nice and kind, but informed us that he wouldn’t come out to serve us. Advised us to come back tomorrow morning and speak to the manager.
I go online to order and receive a phone call from Wesley stating “the toaster isn’t working, we’re out of lettuce, grilled chicken and bacon” I cancel the order now I must return to speak to a manager about receiving my refund.
So I look forward to the opportunity to speaking with anybody from subway that has an ounce of pride...

Read moreThe young gentlemen that was fixing my food was very rude. He never took his earbuds out of his ears. As he was asking my order he was hateful and not friendly at all. When I asked about what meats were supposed to be on the sub I was ordering he got defensive. Rightfully so bc he had only put one piece of ham on my footlong club. He then threw the meat that was already on my bread back into the cooler and refused to serve me. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Will be calling corporate. Several people behind me decided to leave after he acted the way he did. I hope they do something about him soon bc if not he will continue to run...
