How was Subway? Glad you asked. I gave 3 stars and here's why. I itially there was only one worker up front. There were 2 people in line and I made the 3rd.
While the worker was polite, she was very slow and never multi-tasked. For example, the guy she was helping, asked to have his bread toasted. She put it in the oven and held her hand on the handle and waited for it to finish. If no one was in line that would be fine; but when you have a line building you need to change gears. What she could've done was let the bread toast, get the bread prepped for the next person, then go back to the toasted bread. At least if employee #2 came along the next customer's sandwich would've been started.
When time is of the essence every minute you can save helps you and in this case the driver. This was at a truck stop. What the worker has to realize is that while she's at work, drivers are usually in break, holding up the fuel isle, and rushing to get back. Pick up the speed. The ultimate goal should be get the customer in, and get 'em out.
Remember, 2 people were in front of me and I spent 15min in line. I didn't give one star because she was polite and even said "I promise, I'll be with everyone shortly". It just took too long. The 2nd worker made my sandwich and did a very good job. Will I go back. Yes. But only if I'm #1 or 2 in line or if I see the pace has picked up.

   Read moreCame to order this subway several different times and it’s been the same outcome. Theyre always out on veggies and only wheat or white bread. I said ok with wheat. She hardly put any veggies on my sub. I asked for more and she said flat out no no proportional. I said to what and she said to 6inches of sub. I said to her I’m getting a foot long. She said that’s all you geting. The pregnant woman on 12/21/24 is the one. She was rude, very slow and full of attitude. I walked away from the sandwich she can eat it. Onions and bell peppers are always extremely cut too thin. The spinach is hardly ever fresh. The tomatoes are almost frozen. I will always skip...
   Read moreThe customer service here is the worse I’ve ever seen at a Subway location. I stopped by this location because it’s a 24 hour Subway. I asked the employee if she was still open as she saw me walking to place an order.
She walked away into the back. I asked again “are you all open?” She yelled from the back “it’s gonna be a few minutes!” I could hear her doing the dishes.
Ideally for customer service, wouldn’t an employee, serve the customer & then get back to the dishes?
Nope. She came out minutes after with an attitude. These are moments to remember....
