Wow! I never thought I would be doing this but here we are. I have been going to Temp in Lee County since it opened several years ago. I go in everyday, sometimes more than once a day to get my large drink. I order the same thing every time I go in. Well, in the beginning they had the punch cards for their loyalty program which states on the card, āfree medium ā. Iāve have redeemed mine for years, but some gave me a large, because that is all I ever purchased. Even the guy who is one of the owners now, when he first started working there even made the same comment. Well, now they have a reward program where you put in your phone number, it counts beans for a free drink. It doesnāt say āmediumā. Like I said, all I ever get is a large and they know this. Well, over the last several months, they have had new employees start. Some have left and some are still there. For the most part they are nice and know who I am and my order. But there have been some issues with my order like paying for a large, but they didnāt put enough in there to fill the large up and end up walking out of there paying for a large, but the cup is filled up like a medium. I have never said anything until now, because this morning just broke the camels back and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Oh, also they have closed about 30 minutes early with no notice. They were in there mopping the floor and the guy in there mouthed to me āwe closed earlyā. There is also this one girl that hasnāt been there that long, but I mostly just see her on the weekends or in the afternoon if I go. I donāt know her name but she currently has dreads or braids in her hair and sometimes whereās glasses, but every time I go in there and she is there, there is always a problem. She never says anything to me and then wanted to discuss the new loyalty program in front of customers and how the owners need to make that clear because the card says medium, but the bean program says free drink. One, what kind of customer service is that!?!? If you have an issue or question about a policy, you discuss it privately with supervisor/owner, not in front of the customer. She always has a nasty attitude when I come in there, and like I said always a problem. She is one of the ones that likes not to fill the drink all the way up after I pay$7.50 for the large. Anyway, Temp is not what it used to be to be. Iām tired of running into that girl and all of the other problems and then want to get nit picky about the size drink I get whenās itās free and have been getting a free large this whole time because that is all that I buy. Inform your employees and make it clear what size it is on the app too. I will probably go back to redeem the 3 free drinks I have with the punch card, but I will be going to another establishment. I went to Morning Cafe a couple of times when Temp was closed for whatever reason and they have good drinks and service, so I recommend going there instead and I will be supporting people...

I took a sip before pulling off and powered cinnamon poured into my mouth. I turned around and went inside and told him itās not mixed well and instead of him apologizing and mixing it or suggest something else he just told me to stir it myself. Well being Iām a black male I know he was waiting for me to cause a disturbance so the police can get involved so I just politely walked off and threw it away and not in the trash inside but I just take it as a lesson learned. Her go to is the iced mocha, I think it is quite tasty as well. My go toās are either the cappuccino or drip coffee, though I have been enjoying trying out their fall menu.
Highly recommend stopping here for coffee, even if itās farther away than a Starbucks.
However, they cannot handle large lines/large number of orders very well. Tends to take them longer and will often send cars to the curb to wait on their order. I have had to wait 15 to 20 minutes one day when it was busy. This is my only complaint about this...
