The customer service is BAD and HORRIBLE !! The Asian lady who is the manager/owner whomever she is rude , nasty and disrespectful! And had bad customer service!!! She doesn’t know how to talk to customers! You say you don’t want something she gets loud and rude!! She started yelling and being rude because I wanted a different cup! The cup she sat down for me had food particles on the cup… because she is cross contaminating from food! WASH YOUR HANDS!! She goes and work on food orders and then comes back and touches everything.. the register, the cups, the bags! But doesn’t wipe her nasty hands off! And start yelling at me because I wanted another cup!! Who do you think you talking too!!! And watch your tone!! I am not one of them! You don’t yell or disrespect your customers! The same customers that is supporting your business in our community! She needs to learn how to talk!! I don’t care nothing about that’s how you talk!!! Read moreI called and asked for a Philly Wing Combo and asked for the fries to be placed in a separate box because the wing sauce spills over and makes the fries soggy. She stated we don’t do that because it’s a combo and I would have to pay for a separate order of fries. I clarified I didn’t want a larger portion of fries just boxed separately and even said I would pay extra for a separate box. She got loud with me and started yelling doing the most. It’s really sad that logic doesn’t kick in for business owners. Could have upcharged me $2.00 for an extra box and still made a profit. Read moreI love that they're wings are tiny. But to know your food is being made in a place so dirty. The older woman working who is the cook has very poor customer service and a nasty attitude. She got upset because she was asked how fresh are they're desserts. Mind you the desserts look super dry so i understand why that question was asked. If your the cook and thats how you respond to customers concerns about what your serving i would not trust you with my food. The man in particular who asked the question canceled his order just because of the way she got sassy about the desserts looking old. Dont knock it until you try it. I live to be a food critic....
