Waffle House — Restaurant in Georgia

The experience here started bad and ended worse.

I often come to different Waffle Houses to finish my morning work, so this was an isolated experience.

I was given plastic eatery due to the fact that someone didn't thoroughly wash the metal ones, I was not thrilled but I was okay with this.

Gail, my waiterss took it upon herself to substitute items on my order without my approval. I wanted my toast!

As I was trying to finish my work I overhead Gail say that she was going to be rude. Then she approached my table and said "we are experience a little rush" implying that she wanted me to leave.

To Gail, never be rude to customers! It makes you a ugly person and a bad employee!

This is the first time I have not left a tip in 18+ years of my 33, I was a waiter for 7+ years and never asked anyone to leave during business hours.

Hopefully this will be the only time that it happens for Waffle House, Gail and myself!

P.S. I was going to tip you $10 dollars on my $13.25 bill and for you asking me to leave...

This is by far the worst waffle house I've ever encountered. I have been working in this area for 6 years and I've never seen a group/or staff who didn't have a clue as to what it means to have good customer service. They may as well move this waffle house to the slumest part of atlanta. They are always closed and for some reason the feel it nessasary to clean the grill ALL NIGHT. WHO CLEANS THE GRILL FOR A WHOLE SHIFT. My opinion to the owner, set up some hidden cameras so you can see for yourself how your midnight crew is running your establishment into a bottomless pit. You grill master and especially your waitress ( with the purple hair and glasses) take more cigarette breaks than a Vietnam vet. Lastly, for anyone who would like to experience great customer service and awesome food without the cigarette crumbs and locked doors everyday, try Kenny's breakfast on Anvil Block. I guarantee you'll never go to this waffle house again...I know I won't....

The male that works midnights is so rude, extra and disrespectful. He was late and got mad that the server cooked my food and took orders while waiting on him. Instead of thanking her or apologizing, he proceeded to scold her like a child and belligerently talk to her and myself after I intervened with him disrespecting the server. I then went to my car. And I’m sitting in my car. He comes outside and begins to try to argue and shout. Very unprofessional and unnecessary. Needs new cook that’s for sure. His attitude is extremely excessive and poor. Bad for business. The server. Was extremely nice and kept her cool while he acted a fool. She Was very helpful. Also I’ve come to this location multiple times and the door was locked. During night hours. That’s why she cooked my food because Eli told her I had previously came three times and could never get served because they were closed during business hours. ...
