Wendy's — Restaurant in Georgia

I have witnessed an employee of this location leaving the bathroom stool and exiting the restroom back to restaurant area without washing his hands, I went and asked for the manager and explained respectfully about what I saw, his response was that the employee is off duty. Regardless of the point that every one should wash there hands before leaving a restroom , this employee even if off duty should not enter back the restaurant where people order food and food is being handled even in the dining area. The manager argued that he cannot do anything about and maybe this employee did not actually use the bathroom but maybe he was just inside the toilet area…so I told him even if that is the case how would you know that even if he is actually on duty if he goes to the restroom and comes wont wash his hands, he looked the other way and left the scene to go smoke his cig outside ignoring my concern. Such Managerial behavior should not be accepted at all wendy’s locations and should not be accepted anywhere, this is a health violation and sanitation problem that needs to be addressed...

The plus is that this location is situated right alongside a Pilot gas station so you can really kill two birds with one stone. The downside is that it's usually pretty busy because it is also a truck stop so your wait time can range anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes depending on how many customers are in front of you. Sadly on my last couple of visits my special request for no onions on the burgers I ordered was ignored. Also my request for a sweet tea add strawberry watermelon flavoring was turned into a lemonade with strawberry watermelon flavoring and because I had already waited quite a while to receive my meal I did not want to hold up the line to have it corrected. Overall the service is pretty fair here except for the occasional times that your instructions are misunderstood or not heard. The Burgers and Fries are pretty fresh during the day however at night they are pretty lukewarm so you may want to request fries with no salt so they have to...

I tried to give no stars. This location is the worse. This crew is an entire new crew. Except the little elder African American lady who poors the drink mixes. My slogan is "you don't have to treat people like you work in the hood". We pulled up to this location and sat in line for about 10 mns before getting to the speaking and someone rudely saying "we're only taking online orders", like we're mentally challenged. We sat in line ordered online and finally approached the window, to sit for 7 mns and no one still greeted us. So I spoke up and said through the window, "hello is someone going to address us or greet us, we have an online order". A Caucasian young lady looked up and said "what can I do".
