*BEWARE OF BAD SERVICE/ DO NOT ORDER * We ordered to go 2 bean and cheese burritos and a cheese crisp. There were about 8 other people in the restaurant so we didn't think it would take too long. After waiting for 20+ minutes we asked politely how much longer our order would take? The cashier went back to the kitchen and I heard the manager getting upset with the cashier asking on my behalf. I then looked around the corner into the kitchen and saw a blonde lady frustrated preparing food with her bare hands touching the food tickets hanging above her and then touching everything else around her. I waited for the cashier to return back and at this point it was about 30 minutes from the time I had ordered. Given the lengthy time and the unsanitary preparation of the food , I politely asked the cashier to cancel my order and asked for a refund . The cashier went back once again into the kitchen , I waited another 5 min, and came back and said that the manager stated that I would have to come back tomorrow for a refund. I was shocked and asked if the manager would please come out to discuss and the cashier went back again and said "I apologize but she won't come out. She said to come back tomorrow if you want a refund" . Another cashier came out and tried to give us our order almost 40 minutes from the time we ordered. I of course declined to take the order as I just wanted a refund . Bottom line is the name "Burrito Express" is Far from being EXPRESS . The manager never came out, and so we walked out without a refund in disbelief! ABSOLUTE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I think we will have better luck getting a refund...

I would go here most of the time when we worked nearby the establishment. A lot of variety. The best part of this place is that everything is made fast and completely fresh! Yes, it takes a small wait but everything is cooked when you order it. Why 3 stars? Well the prices spike up when adding a "low valued" ingridient. For example... Just add cooked onions. I would expect an approximate raise of less than $1 usd but i shot up by $1.60. Small difference for 1 burrito but for 3 or higher? That's a lot. Bacon or sausages are okay since they are expensive but onions, potatoes or even chillies are not to have a spiked price. The other one is not bad but neither good. It just depends on luck. I don't like chorizo but i don't like bland taste. So one day me and a friend ordered a burrito. For he has ordered a chorizo breakfast borrito and i, ordered a regular bean and cheese. Well since he ordered first, the cheff did not clean the flat fryer well and my bean burrito had small amount of egg and chorizo from my friend's order. Well it was actually good! It had that small hint of extra flavour than just regular bean and cheese. For me it was good but why did i mention this? Well... It's not always good to mix other ingridients with certain ones. Makes it taste bad. I was just lucky that time. Overall. I do recommend...

And it came to pass that on third week of the first month of the two thousand and nineteenth year since the birth of our Lord, I did come into this establishment with my brother Laman. Yea, for we were exceedingly an hungered. For we had journeyed from afar seeking nourishment.

And it came to pass that we did obtain food, yea and were confident in our choice for verily, the man who sold unto us these burritos did declare that they shall be good, yea and to the utmost quality.

And it came to pass that I stretched forth my hand and partook of the burrito thereof, and I cast my eyes roundabout, and was ashamed. For this burrito was not to the utmost quality as the man had declared unto us. For when I partook of the burrito, I felt my entire being about to be overtaken with salt. Yea, it did cause my very frame to shake and I thought that I might perish for want of water.

I would exhort you, Burrito Express, that ye should use salt sparingly. Yea, that all may taste of other things that should be in the burrito.
