This place used to be awesome. I had been coming here almost daily for four years. But the quality has gone down so much. The drinks don’t taste right, the snacks are hit and miss, and the drive-thru is slow. They must have adjusted their soda machines because even when you get a plain soda without any add-ins, the soda doesn’t taste like it should. The pretzels are often hard and stale and the cheese is sometimes congealed and tastes like it has been sitting in a warmer for days. Additionally, they don’t let you use their gift cards anymore. For three months they have been saying that they are switching systems and I have a gift card with 40 bucks on it that I can’t use. This makes me mad because the only reason I had this gift card is because they charge you extra if you pay with a debit/credit card, so I loaded up the gift card to avoid the extra charges. Now that Fizz is out of business, this is the superior soda place in Gilbert. The only complaints I have aren't really complaints at all, so let's get them out of the way: the staff will always try to upsell you on cookies or cinnamon rolls. Both are good, the cinnamon rolls are better. Second, they have a script for the drive thru, and it's super disappointing when they don't use it. A day when someone doesn't ask "what can I get you sippin' on" is barely a day at all.
Their holiday drinks are clever, they usually have some special event once a month or more with themed drinks - trolls movie drinks where there was cotton candy on the drink for hair, Harry Potter week where the straws were wands and you stirred the drink to get placed into one of the four houses.

Read moreLook; I've been a customer for years but the service has only gone downhill. As a local Guide I am disappointed clearly with this place. They refuse to update their speaker system (We've told them many times; they can't hear us, we can't hear them). They get the orders wrong every single time I've gone, and every single time my parents have gone in recent times. Management needs to look into paying a small investment into getting a proper speaker at the drive thru so time and money isn't wasted every visit.
