McDonald's — Restaurant in Gilbert

Was as good of food as you're likely gonna find in any standard McDonald's. It was clean for the most part. Wasn't that many people in the restaurant and the time of day was about 4:40pm I enjoyed my meal and a couple of times, I had mediocre conversation with an employee who seemed to have many questions. The questions weren't really difficult to answer nor did I believe, were hard to understand, once I did answer them. But I began to get an impression that she felt I was being untruthful or giving her the "runaround" so-to-speak. I don't have any factual proof other than my eerie feeling I was getting from here or the way she would make a facial side look to the side, or that after i finally blew her off without having to be rude, I later heard her and a couple other women talking about me and how she felt like I wasn't being truthful and what I had said about where I was coming from and where I was walking to just 'didn't add up' All I'm saying is some people just need to learn how to use proper and ethical table manners and simply serve us with our meal and then leave us be. We placed order on the self serve screen, butIce cream machine was broken like normal. We were offered cookies instead. We didn't know they had to cook them and the woman at the counter wanted to argue about how long it had been and we had the time on the receipt. We just wanted a quick snack and my wife had to be on time for jury duty so we just left and lost our money. The bad part was they had plenty of people working , but still could not get the service right. We were not even offered the chance to speak to a manager. Gilbert McDonald's has bad service they don't take care of the people ,they take your order and your money then don't give the right stuff or things are missing in the order, they don't offer the to replace what that is missing or to refund your money WORST McDonald's I have ever went to, the manager doesn't do their job, they take no pride in their work, the only reason they stay in business is that they have no competition, you need to send someone from the company in as a customer and see for yourself.
