I only write reviews like this when Iām sick to my stomach... Weāve been regular customers at this location for the past 2 years since weāve lived in the area and weāve experienced our share of mistakes etc with this team. We always let it slide....
That stops today!!! I stopped by at around 8pm this evening to grab 2 entree meals. My service experience was horrible!!! After ordering my food, the cars in front me and I waited a good 10 minutes before we moved. I finally pull up to pay and my servers mind is somewhere else. After waiting another 3+ minutes for my food my server comes back with the wrong food. She then tells me that that itās going to be a few minutes because they are waiting on the Sichuan hot chicken. The food finally comes. I get home and there are only 3 small pieces of chicken in the box the use for the 3rd item of the 3 item combo plate and the food was NOT hot like it was just cooked. Lastly theres grease all over the bag and the receipt.
What makes it worse is that when I went back 15 minutes later and asked about the Sichuan hot chicken. The staffs answer was āthatās how it comesā... No apology in response to my question no customer service at all. They were too busy cleaning the store 1 hour and 30 minutes before 10pm when they are scheduled to close! Outrageous and Unacceptable! The sauce being put away explains why I asked for a sweet and sour sauce and didnāt get one. Why is the chef thatās supposed to be on the Wok cleaning the space 1:30 minutes before close.
I had to call one of the Mesa stores to get a straight answer. They actually apologized and did nothing wrong. If your staff is going to promote a new product Use that same energy to provide the service that pays your salary. The small amount of the Sichuan hot chicken for the extra $1.50 isnāt the issue that wasnāt cool but Iām over it. The fact that a store and staff we give our business too blew me off is the issue. Ordering by their Drive through is also a scam, the fried rice or chow mei they will serve you will be extremely little and small. The entrees, they will not put a full serving spoon of the entrees. I wonder what exactly is going on with Panda express?
If Panda express is affected by inflation they should increase their menu price. But it's ridiculous for customers to pay for a bigger plate 3 entrees and the meal panda express give and serve customers will hardly fill up the take out plate they use for their serving.
I have ordered this big plate 3 entrees plate on several occasions and the meal they serve is so small that you can't share it between 2 children age 7 and age 9. Is this not ridiculous?
Panda express I am your loyal customer for the past 10 years but the direction your stores are going now adays is appalling. Customers pay for a bigger plate 3 entrees and your stores hardly put enough food in the plate.

Panda Express food service is becoming a scam. I have experienced this at there Casa Grande Arizona store location.
I have experienced same thing at their S Higley Gilbert Arizona location.
I have also experienced same thing at their Downtown S Illinois Oak Ridge TN store location ( my experience at this store is even worse of them all). One of the representative that worked there once told me that it was there Manager that instructed them to put little food in the plate when customers order. Can you imagine this.
I hope the owner of panda express will look into this...

Most of the time I make due with their errors. When I went today, I let them know that last time I was there that they forgot my third item. Their responses were not one of apology, and were more of accusing me of trying to scam them out of a side item. After making sure to check that I had all my items before leaving, I obviously should have opened everything up because they gave me the wrong rice this time.
I understand now where some of the problems come from. When they take your order at the drive thru, a lot of times they are doing other things, and don't key it in as you order, and don't remember correctly. This time the lady asked me three times to verify my items, which I did, but they still got it wrong.
They have provided very sub par service and limited items throughout the pandemic, but I still try to help out local businesses.
I asked for the manager or district managers number to let them know and they only gave me the customer care line. Perhaps my experiences will help someone else identify the problems and make sure they get...
