Powder Keg Restaurant — Restaurant in Gilford

My son and I ski at gunstock every weekend for the past few seasons and up until yesterday I would have given The Keg a five star review, unfortunately they changed the menu this season and we were completely disappointed with our meals! No more BBQ!!!!

I am only sending this review so that management takes the feedback and makes some corrections we love the atmosphere and the staff and would hate to stop going to this restaurant for our lunch breaks!

My sons favorite option was always the black diamond salad topped with grilled steak but steak is no longer on the menu, he was slightly disappointed but informed he could have grilled chicken instead and figured he would try it not knowing that the chicken was not warm and freshly grilled but cold chicken put on top of the salad and completely dry and tasteless. I ordered what I thought was going to be boneless buffalo wings but were strips of skinless chicken with no breading or batter and tasted like they had just been microwaved and chewy. Really hope this was just an early season stumble and the kinks...

We waited for more than 1h when we were told wait for 2o min or less because the bar pager didn’t work. Then we waited almost 1h ours for bar food be ready and at the end when we asked the discount with our season pass they could not do it because they have already made the check. Food...
