I have been coast to coast, so let the seriousness when I say- by far the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! Waited 45 minutes on cold- unwrapped food and rude service- the boy handing the food from the windows face was literally leaking with fluid from obviously freshly popped pimples, refused to add sugar to my coffee and when they give me packets to do it myself- they were dark brown and hard as a rock from coffee from who knows how long ago! To make matters worse, when I come in to have my wrongs corrected- BOTH managers were rude as can be, got an attitude with the employee who informed them of the refund- who was obviously disabled- then continued ripped bags from my hands, basically called me a liar because “she was the one wrapping all morning” and then rolled their eyes said “whatever give her a refund” and threw the bag on the counter when she opened it to find an exploded McGriddle inside of the brown bag and a dumped on its side big breakfast meal . Unfortunately my significant other is an original local of the place. They could’ve had regular business from us as we’re here but now- they’ll never receive another dime from us or the family that lives here, or from anybody else I encounter in the area. This is the kind of McDonald’s that ecolli...
Read moreCame here with my children. 2 car lanes to order from. I was the first to approach ordering speaker. 2 cars passed and ordered through the other line, watched both of them pay and pick their food up promptly. Lady on drugs still told me to wait to order. so I sat and waited. As the 3rd person in the other line placed their order I decided to drive forward to the first window. Thats when the staff dodged the window for a lengthy time. Here me and my children are left with uncertainty of this establishment. The staff obviously on drugs refuses to take your order then hispanic manager refuses to take your order. Manager uses the excuse that there was a large party and thats why the lady on drugs couldn’t take my order which I replied, 3 vehicles that were after my arrival had prompt service so it became obvious the manager was only dishing out a excuse for the lady on drugs. It’s not a franchise so be ready to have meth frys or drugs in your food. Do NOT take your children here. Very scary to have this in our town of Issaquah. be afraid very afraid. Asked the very unprofessional manager if I could record what was happening good thing the health department is involved and...
Read moreI visited here two days in a row, for both breakfast and lunch, while traveling to and from my destination. Day 1...my hashbrown was cold, sausage, egg & cheese mcgriddle was burned and tough to chew. The first order taker I was greeted by was friendly. The heavy set, dark haired female who handed me my order at the second window was a different story. Scowl on her face, and she shoved the bag into my hand. Then, she handed me my drink at an angle, almost tipping it into my lap. I figured it was maybe a bad day...one off. Nope! Went back for lunch the next afternoon. First order taker seemed to have a bit of an attitude for no apparent reason. She stared at me rudely while taking my payment. Second window? Same scowly cloud of thunder. Same bag shove out the window. Same sideways drink thrust. Fries were overcooked and dry. Nuggets were like miniature plastic pucks. Old food served at noon is inexcusable. It should have been the hour of peak freshness. I used to work for McDonald's. I know the patterns. In any event, I won't revisit the one in this town. I'll go to DQ, or BK first. Too many weird/rude employees at this one who don't know...
