Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Gilroy

I was never greeted. This is a self-service setup. If you go inside and I stood there patiently and waited only for the spanish speaking cashier, to allow someone to know, also spanish speaking to cut the line in front of me, she took his order, and allowed him to pay.

I placed my order app. Self-serve kiosk and selected pay cash to the cashier. The kiosk provided me with an order number. So I backed away from the counter and waited. I stood there for about five minutes, watching the cashier fiddle with the fryer and banter back and forward in spanish with her coworker. I eventually stepped forward to the counter and she gives me a confused look.And asked me if I had placed my order. When I responded yes, she said that her screen was blank and asked if I had paid. I told her I was paying cash and then she informed me that she would have to take my order since I was paying cash. If she had actually acknowledged and greeted me, I could have told her that before wasting my time. I cannot rate the food since I never got to...

Stopped in to get some dinner for myself and my 16year old grandson. He eats alot and i was really hungry. But first i really really wanted (needed) to use the ladies room. The sign on the ladies room door said to get the key from the counter. Fair enough. I went to ask for the key. 3 young women working. No acknowledgement, no eye contact, no response whatsoever. I asked again. And again. I asked Please, hello??. Nothing. Finally I said "Aw, come on!! I really need the ladies room key!" The heavyset one (I'm assuming she was the manager) finally said as snotty as possible "We are working!!!" A minute later one of the others turned away from her tossing french fries to hand me the key. Too late. I hope they enjoyed cleaning the bathroom.

KFC, Carls, and Togos are right there. I cant recommend this place to anyone, although I like Jack in the Box in general I will not stop at this...

Zero stars if I could - They asked me to park and wait for my order, when they brought out 3 of my bags they realized that they had forgotten the bag of 10 tacos that I ordered. My husband and I started to check our bags against our receipt to make sure nothing else was missing. I asked for 2 of the missing hashbrowns as well, so while we waited for our bag of missing tacos we discovered our 2 hashbrowns were at the bottom of one of the 3 bags (squished). Then the manager came flying out and came along with the guy who handed me my order- I said: "Hey we found the 2 hashbrowns" and the woman manager looked at me angrily ready to confront me and she said "Yea, they're in there!" As if we were trying to lie? And she stormed off . This was the WORST way she could have handled the situation, you don't treat your customers like that. My family and I are...
