The Barracks Tavern — Restaurant in Girard Township

Terrible service, Terrible organization, I reached out to the owner numerous times to try and fix the multiple issues. Left 4 messages over a 3 week period and still have not even received a call back. I absolutely hate having to leave a negative review, but when you're completely ignored about multiple serious issues, it needs to be brought to customers' attention. Wings were severely overcooked/burnt, tasted awful, very little sauce if any on the wings. I'm so sick and tired of having to leave bad reviews instead of the business just fixing the problem! Stuff happens, and nobody's perfect, but why should we pay for a product that is not right??? I shouldn't have to pick up a takeout order. Get home and eat the terribly cooked wings your business passed off on our family. Then ignore the issue...

Been going there for years. Has gone downhill and keeps going. The wing sauce was like saliva. The barmaid told the manager, who said someone else made it. I couldn't eat more than 2 wings. Nothing off the bill. The barmaid actually bought 2 of my drinks out of her own pocket, saying that was all she had on her. Shame on the management. Gave another chance. Chicken salad. The chicken is all gristley. Not one, ALL. The French dressing was really thick and gross. My boyfriend's sub was undertoasted. Mine are usually burnt. I don't understand why they can't train people the same way. If you can't read or don't know how to function a timer maybe you shouldn't be...

4 years ago I was attached at this bar by a drunk guy while out with family for dinner.the owner held me while the guy punched me.i had 4 family members there witness this .my sister inlaw was present and worked at the state police department and filed the report...I've debated about suing them..id love to see the video they have but unfortunately they won't give it up I wonder why.if I punched the female owner id be in jail for assault.you the owner should be ashamed...
