McDonald's — Restaurant in Gladwin

This location has had 5 stars from me for too long. Yesterday went here to get a quick bite to eat. Went through the drive-through and placed our order at 5:04 pm 2 QP's, large fry, 2 apple pies, and 2 SS Souce. Pull up pay pull ahead guy opens the window and asks us to pull ahead and says our food is going to be a minute. acts as if he is having a bad day with an attitude by the way. But I answered him yes of course no problem but hey can you make sure the sweat and sour sauce gets into the bag this time? Answers yes sir. OK pull ahead at 5:25 he is walking out with our food finally 20 min later mind you. I say hey the SS " yup in the bag" He leaves. My wife opens the bag yeah no sweat and sour so I get out and walk in. And the entrance is just water everywhere actually kinda of slick. I thought I watched two employees walk out to smoke for their break I guess but must be some lazy clowns. But go in standing there the guy finally sees me can I help you yes 2 sweat&sour please it was in the bottom of the bag. No, it was not I stated sweat&Sour please he grabbed it and handed it to me says Yeah next time you will have to pay got it. Ok I lost my shxxx at this point and went off on the young feller. Wish he would have gotten into arm's length to learn him some respect but luckily only words got exchanged. I go out and we're leaving and the wife says wait these burgers are not even warm and the fries are barely warm. I just LMFAO well guess it is BK because your sweat and sour almost caught me acase. So after all that waited 20 mins for our food to be cold and almost caught a case because there was some young chump that had a chip on his shoulders against the world. I will never return to this location period. The employee had no reason ever to act the way he did and this is not the first time either. So the once 5-star long overdue to be zero is now a one. The customer service once was a thing don't have manners or even know how to be polite at this location in the afternoon. Guess I have no complaints with the morning staff they are polite and fast. But still, they employ people like this guy I won't be back. BK 2 Chicken sandwiches 2 large fries in and out through the drive through in 4 min. I won't be...

As the local McDonalds in my area this location is the most convenient. That is probably the only positive about this location. I would say nearly every other trip, food is forgotten and if not noticed before pulling out of the lot an extra 20 mile round trip is required. Furthermore, when you do return for said food you are greeted as if you are annoying them, a bother, or a liar. Rarely do they even apologize for the inconvenience. I am finally writing this review because once again they have forgotten a crucial part of one family members meal. So the entire family sits down to eat except I must cook for the child who’s meal is missing. The whole reason I went to fast food (it was certainly not for our health) was to avoid cooking after long, late day. Otherwise I would have saved my time, my money, and my patience. In addition to our ruined already late dinner, I called SEVERAL times to inform them that I did not receive all the food I payed for 1.5 hours before they close and I have yet to have someone answer the phone. Shall I keep going.... The food we did receive was cold, chewy, and our fries were only half, if not 1/3 way full. I do not recommend this location...

I work pretty close to this McDonald's. So you can imagine that I eat quite A few lunches here. Lately their customer service is totally trash and they seemed to get my order incorrect every time. I have been super patient and even ignored many mistakes But today was totally different. I asked for a correct order At the window when I noticed the mistake, and still got the wrong food. then I was told to go through the line of the drive-through again to correct my order. It was nice however, that the manager came outside and corrected my order but, I was still displeased with the other ladies Attitude. It seems to me that no one knows what they're doing in there and they just don't care about their customers. I strongly recommend...
