Taco Bell — Restaurant in Gladwin

Recently stopped in here to pick up a quick lunch. Stood at the counter for about 3 minutes and was never acknowledged by any of the 3 employees working, it was not busy. Decided I needed to use the kiosk to place my order due to lack of employee attention. Ordered the chix nugs meal just to try the sauces. Order came up, my bag was placed on the counter. Had to flag down an employee to get my drink cup and sauces that weren't in the bag....I was then informed that they didn't have any of the new sauces....um what? Thanks for the sign warning me! I was offered the creamy jalapeno sauce as an alternative....ok fine. Got out to my vehicle and grabbed the nacho cheese (for the fries) and the jalapeno sauces. Opened the cheese and was very disappointed, because the cup was less than half full. Looked at my 2 sauces and discovered the same bad news. Went back inside to let the workers know I was shorted, and the guy brought back another half full cup of jalapeno sauce, no cheese and immediately walked away. At that point I was frustrated enough to just cut my losses, so I left and contacted corporate via the TB app. Still waiting for a response from them. Not very pleased with the service at...

Unfortunately Google doesn't let you give zero star ratings or this place would get exactly that from me. Recently stopped here to pick up an order from my app, 3 burritos and chips n cheese, I had asked for 15 packs of Diablo sauce on the app and upon receiving my order they had only put 4 in the bag, when I asked if they would please give me some more sauce packets I was told, rudely, that they couldn't do that due to their policy... Excuse me, since when has taco bell ever had a policy on being stingy with the sauce packets? Ive never once had another employee at ANY other taco bell deny me extra sauce packets! Upon speaking with the manager they gave me 4 more sauce packets of mild sauce which isn't even the sauce I requested. I usually stop at this location when I am in the area and have never had a situation like this happen but due to this visit I am very dissapointed in their service and I dont think I will be back if they're going to keep being rude and stingy with their Hot sauce. Taco bell is one of my favorite places to eat. But after my experience tonight I will not be back, my chicken tacos were cold, and dry!! my nacho bell grande looked liked the beans had been scrapped from the bottom, very dry. Hardly any cheese. I did one order in the app, and tried to do 2 separate orders thru the drive thru when I got there, told me they could not do that. Which it's simple math it's not that hard!! I usually don't write reviews bc accidents happen I get it. But this is not the first time I have had issues here.
