Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Glandorf Township

We arrived to eat in... there were a few tables full already we ordered our drinks and food waited and waited after 40 minutes tables around us now were full of people then they all were getting there food all around us seen waitress 1 time ask for ketchup twice before we received it. Still waiting on food besides the fries that we received. Waitress asked if we wanted bread sticks for waiting.....received those with no plates had to ask for them "oh sorry "was waiters comnent ....still waiting on pizzas and cheese bread sticks while others who came in way after us had ate and are now leaving, I ask where are food was and I got" we're busy sorry about waiting" and went about her business. After over a hour finally got the cheese bread sticks then 1 of our pizzas that wasn't correct!!! Still waiting on other pizza which was a small veggie 25 minutes later a personal pan pizzas which was not a veggie pizza was thrown on our table so hard the pieces popped out of the pan by a different waitress!!! I stopped the normal waitress and ask what that was it's not what we ordered after almost 2 hours of waiting she got snappy and said if we didn't like it go eat somewhere else !! I ask to speak to the manger and she stated it He said he's too busy to speak to me I told her how unprofessional he was and her also....again she said if you don't like it get out and go eat somewhere else and don't worry about your bill!! The point is a unprofessional staff a rude waitress(a Chinese girl no name given) and the long wait and still never received our small veggie pizza!!! Never again will we go to this...

I got the Tavern style pizza, and it was very good, but the pesto was thin and watery and looked kind of gross. There wasn't much of it. I will definitely get another one, but hold the pesto and use a grocery brand instead. There could have been more tomatoes, some pieces had none. There was a huge wait time because they seemed short staffed. I had ordered while shopping at Walmart, but still waited 10 minutes or more in the lobby, along with a fairly large group of people. However, the staff was incredible; they were friendly, and you could tell that they all were working hard. The pizza needed more toppings, but the service was amazing. All of the employees must have been incredibly stressed, but they had smiles for the customers and worked hard...

Everytime we get any kind of food there items are missing from the order, hasn't been the correct food , they even substitute food for items they didn't have without informing you until delivery., and when turned down they leave it on your porch for you to throw away.They have no clue what so ever what their corporate policy is on contactless delivery or practice it. When food is wrong or missing it can take 30 minutes to 1 hr to get the rest even living 2 blocks away!!!. The last time this happened they left the items on my doorstep and didn't even knock. it was found the next day. The management there is a joke ......poorly trains employees and is very rude when confronted over missing food or...
