Food was good, but a new manager named Stephanie at the loop 101 and 75th Ave in Peoria, AZ, ruined the night with a terrible attitude, and very blatantly pulled one of the employees off of the pizza making line to tell her that the pizza she was making for us had too many ingredients on it. So much that the pizza wasn’t even finished and people were in line waiting while the manager Stephanie brought the employee around the corner and scolded her. I stuck up for the young lady and told the manager that she should not be so obvious about what she is doing in the public eye and that she should have waited to reprimand the employee afterwards. That’s when she was even more rude. I had to remind one of the other employees he was about to put the pizza in unfinished. I don’t believe a manager like this is good for this franchise and should definitely be talk to about trying to make a public spectacle out of a family that was just trying to order a pizza. Whether it was too many ingredients are too big or whatever the case maybe there are no limits to the amount of toppings you can put on these pizzas and it was very embarrassing for myself and my two-year-old daughter to be looked at by other people behind us like we were purposefully I don’t believe a manager like this is good for this franchise and should definitely be talked to about trying to make a public spectacle out of a family that was just trying to order a pizza. Read moreI came in tonight excited to try fired pie since I’ve never been. Just going off customer service alone, I will not be returning. The lady when we first walked in literally said “I don’t want to be here” and barley paid any attention to us while we were trying to order. She finally finished putting the sauce and cheese on two pizzas (after 10 minutes) and then moved on to the people behind us. She didn’t even finish our order. Then by the time we got to the register, the lady was very rude and yelling at the first lady in front of everyone. Yes, she wasn’t doing her job and she was being rude but you shouldn’t do that in front of customers-you should pull them aside. When the second lady asked if that was our full order we said that we ordered something else too and then she -in a very condescending voice- said that we should have already ordered and that she didn’t see it which means we didn’t order. We explained that we told the first person and she started to correct her again in front of everyone. Then asked my boyfriend a question about the full or half serving and after him responding, she starting getting after us explaining what those options meant (as if that’s hard to understand?) So we had to constantly repeat ourselves. There was no one in line of front of us. There were maybe 10 people total sitting down and a family came in 10 minutes after we did.
The food- simply mediocre. Too over priced to feel like we were getting pushed around by the workers and to get food that wasn’t...
Read moreThis location is typically very quick with my order, but my last visit was questionable. I was the only person in line when I placed my order; afterward maybe 4 other groups came in afterward. I waited a little over 10 minutes and noticed that one of the employees placed my completed order on top of the oven (I did not realize that it was my order at the time). I waited another 10 minutes, and noticed everyone who had come in had received their order and either sat down to eat or left. I walk up to the counter to check on my order, and the employee at the register asked another employee about the order. The second employee went completely wide-eyed and pulled my order off of the oven and handed it over to me. At this point, I was hangry and just wanted to go home and eat. I didn't want to wait around for an apology or offer to remake the order (mainly because I wouldn't do that anyway... it was only an additional 10 minutes). I just smiled and thanked them both, and went on my merry way. All things aside, I still like this location and hope this doesn't happen again. I can understand there are times when it gets busy, but the customer traffic was relatively slow. So my only suggestion is for the employees to pay better attention to detail. I don't really see a point in asking for my name for the order if you aren't going to call my name out when my order...
