Starbucks — Restaurant in Glendale

This location is new (2016). The store features a drive thru and ample parking.

Something to consider is Drive Thru vs Mobile Order and Pay. For me if there are more than 3 cars in the drive thru line the only thing that will get me to wait is if I have a sleeping child in the car. Mobile Order and Pay is quick and easy and allows you to run in and get your prepaid drink from the pickup counter without any line. Be sure to make eye contact with a barista and let them know you've arrived and did a mobile order as most stores keep your drink in a reserved area behind the bar so it's not picked up by someone else.

Mobile Order and Pay is also an awesome option if ordering for a group, no need to collect payments have each person order their own exactly as they desire it and poof you are on your way to pickup.

Yesterday around 7pm my wife was at this Starbucks. She placed her order and when she received it, it wasn’t what she had ordered. She was very apologetic that maybe she wasn’t clear enough to the person behind the counter. The employees started to snicker behind the counter making fun of my wife and being very unprofessional. Then what appeared to be an off duty employee came up to get his order, in front of my wife, and very snarky said it wasn’t correct. The employees had a little chuckle. My wife is not the type to blame someone else for her mistakes. This kind of treatment is very unprofessional and completely uncalled for. What happened to the customer is always right. It’s a cup of coffee that costs maybe $1.00 to make and is sold for $5.00 and higher. Treat the customers with respect because I know my wife, and there’s no way she treated the employee...

PLEASE STOP WEARING ALL THE PERFUME!

Had to drive all the way home with my window down to air out the car! Smell was so strong it set off my asthma, and then when I walked in the door of my house, I wasn't in the kitchen more than a minute when my cat (she is also on an inhaler through a spacer) and this had stirred up her asthma as well. YES, it is THAT overwhelming. I had to take the lid off the drink, wash it twice with soap and water, and then use a damp paper towel to wipe my drink, and threw out the sleeve.

I'm sure the other co-workers there probably smell it and don't want to say anything either. It is obnoxiously strong.

Also, because it is a serious matter, I will be going ahead and contact the Public Health...
