China One Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Glenville

Stopped in for dinner. The place was moderately clean, only a single table i noticed had dust under it. There weren't many people in the place two whole tables and one of those had already recieved their order. We waited approximately 25 mins for our food which seemed like eternity. The other two people we were with ordered shrimp lo mein, the server brought out general tsos chicken and argued with them that she would change their order when it was wrong to begin with. After another 15 mins the other two at our table were served. I'm giving this place a 3 stars because the food was on point and very good. The service, wait, and conflict left much to be desired and I highly recommend calling your order in 45 mins in advance if you don't want to wait or you plan...

I just wanted to share my experience with this restaurant.

My husband and I had hired a business to cater our wedding, long story short the business did not show up to our wedding and stole our money. We didn’t know how we were going to feed everyone at our wedding until we realized this place was just down the road. We called and told them our situation and they very quickly put together food for over 100 people for us. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of in such a SHORT amount of time. This place is fantastic. The food is delicious at a great price. It's family owned and operated, which makes for a very comfortable dining experience. I felt like I was eating at home but with better food.😂 The family that operates this restaurant is very friendly and personable. Not to mention the food came out at record fast speed.

My 4 month old son was fussing while we were eating and one member of the staff rang a bell for him and gave him the bell so to buy us more time to eat without a fussy baby. The family atmosphere is unmatched at any other eatery I've been to thus far.

I'm pretty picky with Asian food, and being raised in the West, there is an abundance of options. This hidden gem will forever be in my top 3 asain food...
