Glenwood Inn — Restaurant in Glenwood

I have had a couple friends bring me food from there. It's aprox 5 miles from my house. But 2 of the people that work there come by my house on way home. So I have ate take out from there. Wednesday and Saturday they have some of the best friend chicken. & On Friday they have great fish. You would have to look it up, to make sure I have my days right. But I love there Chicken. There's really no where to compare it to close by. But it's so I good, I would order a whole chicken, prob every week. If I was going to be home on the days they have it. It's as good as the Hearthstone restaurant used to be yrs ago. In Matamore Indiana. I live alone & only eat 1 meal a day. But I can eat on there Chicken, 3 days in a row. I have bad health, so I don't get out as much as I used to. But thanks to great friends, if they are working on the day I'm home, they bring me take out. There other food is good too. But it's hard for me to pass up there chicken. I would give it a 5 star prob. But since I love there chicken so much, and I haven't been in there in years. It wouldn't be fair to viewers to give...

This little family dine in grill and bar is well worth the trip to Glenwood. At a fair price for the food and you get your monies worth , friendly staff, great service and a pleasant atmosphere for everyone. Decided to try a new place mistake!! Waitress was hopeless was there for nearly 2 hours 1 refill. That I had to ask for. Asked if adding fries to dinners was a upcharge waitress said no. It was!
