I ended up having to ask for my money back. We went to the drive-through, and I planted my order. Then she told me to hold on for about 2 to 3 minutes. Then she asked me to give it to her again. I gave it again. She then asked me to hold on again. It was another 2 to 3 minutes. Then we went to the window to pay. I paid, and she asked me to pull up because the order wasn't ready. I pulled up and sat there for another 2 to 4 minutes. Something didn't seem right, so I went inside. I went inside. There was another lady waiting, not sure how long. We stood there before at good 10 minutes or more before any of the workers, which there were about 5 working there, addressed either of us. While we waited on, worked came through in his phone. Then he walks through, asking where another of his co- workers were. Then he finally acknowledged us. I found the lady waiting for her mobile order. I told him I had placed a drive-through order. He I could see some hamburger bun throw any old way on the prep table. He asked his co- worker what was happening with my order. I couldn't really make out all that she said, but she told him to go do it. Through the whole process, I observed a man in back making biscuits and frying chicken and lady whom I'm assuming was the manager standing with her hands behind her back micromanaging him. She wasn't doing anything I could see that was productive or helpful. It looked like the worker was an inmate she had to keep close eye on. Nothing was doing appeared to have anything to do with what we ordered. To ladies at the window looking bewildered. It was so disorganized. Back to the worker was then assigned to make my order by this time we had be there for about 20 minutes. He didn’t put on any gloves or wash his hands and seemed confused. I had enough and asked for my money back. We were on our way on a weekend camping trip. We drove through the same area coming back, and it appears they weren't even open during what should be business hours. Which was around 5pm. This is by far one of my worst experiences. Read moreMy chicken bites were raw inside they were very polite in replacing them with cooked ones, BUT they forgot about me and I had to go ask after 15 min when my companion was finished eating already. We took it to go. pics of the chicken look way better than it actually was. I ask for bags before hand because I new I'd have left overs, had to ask again. A group of 5 hard working minorities came in (they barely spoke english), and an elderly man, the staff completely ignored both groups of people. Church's was experiencing a computer glitch, but instead of telling customers what was going on they didn't even acknowledge the people attempting to order. So when I went up and got my chicken they got offended possibly assuming my order was processed (I was acknowledged not them) because I was a white female. They got mad and left. There were 6 people working, 4 seemed not with the program at all. Slow on everything they did. Processing only one or two orders and they seemed so overwhelmed. The other two management employees were not responsive at all to customers during their malfunction. Very unprofessional. Read moreEdit 9/13/25: in recent times, service has been very poor. I did a few online orders via the app one to two hours in advance only to then find they hadn’t even started on my order and I had to wait well beyond (15-20 min.) my scheduled pickup time.
Then another time the cashier informed me there was going to be a 15-20 minute wait which I was fine with and I even said so. When I attempted to order, I was yelled at saying there was going to be a long wait. Even after I had said I was fine with waiting. I left.
Then the evening of this post, I ordered a 12 piece meal for the family and the cashier tried to give me a 3 piece. He attempted to correct the order but it was still incorrect. I should’ve looked at the order before I left because by the time I got home, I had received nothing I ordered or paid for.
I’d say be wary of your visit here and be sure to check and double check what is given to you.
