Samuel Mancino's Italian — Restaurant in Gobles

I am writing this based on a few visits I have had at this location. I would like to start off with saying that the employee quality here is astoundingly lacking. As a customer I don't want to hear about how you don't want to be at your job because someone else called in and they asked you and you said yes! That aside the cleanliness of the restaurant was horrible tables were covered crumbs and tomato sauce were all over them. When I asked if there was a cleaner table I was treated as if I had asked them for too much! I then requested a rag to wipe down the table myself and was finally told that she would do it. At this point it wasn't worth staying however we had already ordered the food. We decided to wait and give the place a chance, that was my mistake. Our pizza was wrong to start with, the employee was annoyed with the fact more customers walked in and stormed off. The individual that claimed to be the supervisor decided to make the choice to take the phone off the hook to make it appear as busy, all because, "was not staying around late tonight" it was 7:53pm at this time. When our food came back again it was wrong however I gave up at this point and my kids were starving. The pizza had massive bubbles in the crust and everywhere else, It wasn't cooked long enough. I had it at this point we left and found another place with a sit down restaurant up the road. All in all this places food is nothing special at all it's employees are horrible, it is the worst place o have been to that calls itself Mancinos I do not know how they stay in business with how poorly they treat customers and how lazy the employees are! We ordered last week 1.5 hour delivery time i agreed finally got our food and it was wrong i called they remade the pizza i asked am i gokng to have to wait another 1.5 hours to receive the correct pizza the gentlemen said no that the driver should be back anytime and hed have it ready to send out, i said ok finally another 1.5 hours later we get the correct pizza however it was cold so that 3 hour wait time for a pizza. I called talked to the manager the next day she made it right gave us a credit to use. Fast foward to today a week later ordered for delivery of our credits. They said it would be another 1.5 (mind you i live about 4.5 miles from location) but they had to have it oked through mgr she wasnt there and theyd call me back they finally get ahold of her and she oks the delivery. ( i had to call back up there after 30 min) then was told it would be an hour. I agreed and said ok. Needless to say the delivery finally made it 2 hours after initial call. We order from this Mancino's a lot and they almost always mess up our order. We say we want a large pizza with half combo and half with pepperoni only and extra cheese. They always find a way to give us something else, we get home open the box and surprise! You get a meat lovers without extra cheese, or something else. Yesterday we ordered a pizza, went in to pick up the pizza after waiting the 35 minute wait and they had no power. The employee said that they couldn't give us the pizza because they weren't authorized to do the transaction without the cash register. The power didn't come back on and we didn't get our pizza in spite of the fact it was sitting there in the box staring us in the face. They said that they couldn't even accept the exact amount in cash. They should have just given us the pizza and we could have came back the next day and paid. Their pizza is good, especially if you order with extra cheese, but we are beginning to ask ourselves if it's worth all the effort. We ended up making our own...
