Plan your next party here!! Seriously! I've been coming to Launch for coffee and lunches for a few years now and have always had an incredible experience, but I recently planned my company's ladies holiday party here and I was absolutely blown away by the quality and attention to detail. Co-owner Cindy organized the whole thing and put out beautiful spreads of charcuterie, sandwiches, desserts, etc. We had more than enough food and she also created a custom holiday-themed drink for our company, complete with an adorable "punny" name. Cindy and another employee were very attentive throughout the party, making sure we had everything we needed, and boy were they fast at whipping out those drinks! She also found our company logo and put it on the welcome and custom drink signs, so the event felt extra special. As anyone who's been to Launch knows, the space is adorable and it was perfect for our group of ~20 people. Honestly can't praise this place enough. Food, coffee, ambiance and service are all top tier, and combine to make this a really great establishment all around!

Well I just moved in across the street and figured why not try this spot since I live here I’m gonna become a regular. Convenient location. Staff is nice. At least the lady that took my order was. I ordered an avocado toast and added an egg. I was super excited to get my order…..however after some time. I eventually got my order in a to go box. (I’m dining in) as I was waiting I was thinking to myself. Ok. These guys have a drive through for car orders. I was thinking to myself if I drove through the drive through I might have received my order faster. Not sure how they prioritize Dine in orders over drive through. To my next point. I was definitely not expecting to get this oversized to go box. When I opened it. I wasn’t rly sure if it was my order. At first glance I thought it was like a potato salad and that they confused my order. So I went to confirm and sure enough it was my avocado toast. Tbh I was disappointed. (Shrug) I wasn’t going to throw it in the garbage so I did eat it. It was alright, all things considered. I’m not exactly sure if I’ll order this again. Which is a bummer, I may or may not give this place another try. Vibes10/10 Food presentation 0/10 I’m going to try the avocado toast im my buildings venue and see who takes the win.

So disappointed with this morning breakfast, we came at 7:00 am this Easter Sunday the first clients my husband ordered a fig, prosciutto and greens (no photo) and I got the egg, cheese, turkey and guacamole sandwich. As you can see the guacamole is very black already, so that tells me that is old and the egg was some leftover cold (as we are leaving I saw them making a new and fresh batch of eggs) and not good at all, it felt like someone that doesn’t like their job made it. In our receipt says that the person that took our order her name is Erin, not friendly at All, first time and last time coming to this location. My husband sandwich was horribly assembled, one side with fig spread and the other side without it, the prosciutto was a ball of meat in the center of the sandwich, my husband had to open it and re assemble. Not worth the money and who ever gave them so many stars needs to reevaluate because not even the coffee was tasting good. My husband wants me to say that they did greeted us when we came in, I say at least we got greeted.

Launch is exactly what this convenient location needed - great atmosphere, food, drink and a place to meet up before or after your next adventure! The owners have taken a lot of time to source the best coffee and food to start your day right. They also have local beer, wine and delicious appetizer trays for the afternoon refueling to enjoy by their fireplace or out on the porch. Also inside is an assortment of quick fixes with bars and other items if you're in a hurry. Huge hurry? Go through the drive up window lane... even on your bike. So many great outdoor locations and venues are close by including Red Rocks, numerous Jeffco trails, and of course the large Dinosaur lots for heading to the hills. I am impressed with Launch and appreciate the location.

Cafe sandwiches, salads, charcuterie boards, acai and breakfast, coffee and tea, and boutique area with local artist-made goods. Great place near the dino lots and convenient to headed up I-70. Patio outdoor seating with ample shade and spacious interior with both large and small tables. They offer local small batch sodas, a variety of CBD sparkling water, kombucha, and their loose leaf tea is stellar. The customer service and staff's understanding of the menu was lacking today, and I'm hopeful there will be more training for future visits, but I like it enough to try a second time despite the staffing today. The music is inconsistent and changes mid song and also goes quiet for a time then starts back. The music is great when it does play.

Went here today for the first time, and I'm sorry to say I was super disappointed. I rarely ever complain about a meal, but our breakfast order for one sandwich and a burrito took 40 minutes, so I ended up having to ask for it to go and rush out the door for work. When I got home, I found the sandwich was one small piece of bread, cut in half, smeared with brown avocado, and a tiny slice of cheese and an egg. It was so small I was still hungry after eating it! I definitely would have appreciated a heads up about the kitchen being so behind before ordering, and for $8, at least a full sandwich (i.e. 2 pieces of bread).
