I just have to say that I am a sushi lover and the sushi here was not that great. I have had better at Harris Teeter. Also I know that there are only the owners running this place but the service was not that great. You can be the nicest people in the world but I still want great customer service. I went with 3 other people and when they brought the food to the table they did not bring extra eating utensils. Also not everyone can eat with chopsticks. Is this a buffet restaurant? If so they should state that somewhere then we would know that we would have to get up and get our own stuff. But i expect that when i order from a menu i shouldn't have to get up and get my own stuff. Another thing the other people in the restaurant were so loud. There was a lady sitting at the table next to us and it is like she literally just came to the place to talk as loud as she could on the phone. I mean who does that. They were so loud that we couldn't even hear our own conversation. No wonder there is hardly any people there. I thought by being a native I will go and try the restaurants that I have not been to but I can assure you that I will not...
Read moreIf you have never visited this place, please rectify that poor judgement!! The best beef bulgogi (spicey of course but they have a mild version) and the flavor is amazing. I also always get the Kim chi and personally I prefer it over other more pricey places in town. Hand made dumplings, and the flower out of carrot rhat always seems to be rhe little touch that shows the care each dish gets. I swear, i always feel like thwy are "feeding tou like family" here. The small restaurant is definitely a family favorite of ours and a new favorite for the lucky coworkers I have taken here. Always kind and courteous staff, better food and lower prices than the bigger restaurants in town. Every time I come in always say I'll try something new, but the bulgogi always wins out. One of my top 3 favorites...

My parents live about 12 hours away and I guess I was missing home a bit so I ordered more than one person probably should. I got the Korean style fried chicken, Galbi, and some Soon Tofu Soup. I asked for the soup extra spicy because that’s how my mom makes soup. And boy did everything just hit the nostalgia spot right on the head. I ate every last bit of it and I don’t regret any of it. I would eat the whole meal again if my stomach...
