I'm upset that I tried getting the BOGO special if you order through the app. I tried ordering and I told them I do not see the special. They said order it and it'll just adjust the price. So I did. It charged me full price. Accidentally I ordered at the wrong location. So I went to the other location and explained the same thing and she said it's just suppose to adjust the price and since it didn't there's nothing that can be done. Both locations told me the same thing. However, when I went back into the app after I got home, I saw how to input the BOGO promotion. There was something I needed to do but the fact that both locations just told me it'll do it automatically annoyed me. And btw the lady had an attitude on the phone when I was asking if we could cancel the order since I input the wrong location. I accept my mistakes in the situation. I'm not blaming them for my portion. When I noticed the error and tried to fix it, she acted like it was a problem for her. All I did was drive to the correct location to pick it up. No harm done. So no need for her attitude and I wish they knew more about their app to help me order correctly in the first place because I asked twice and they both assured me...

This how it arrived open faced with the other half of sub sitting on top & no extra protein. Called the store to complain & express my disappointment of my order. The employee who answered was aware of my order & admitted that they was out of paper & the extra meat did not print out & that the way they have to make the sandwich does cause the sandwich to appear a bit messy, but she said if I comeback to the store that she would make me another sandwich to my liking for free. The store closed before I got off work so I returned the next day to get my sub, the owner was present & the employee explained what happened & he wanted me to pay for the sub & only agreed to not charge me for the extra protein. ON HALF OF MY SUB THERE WAS HARDLY ANY STEAK ON IT. I ALSO PUT ON THE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS NO SOGGY TOMATOES OR BROWN LETTUCE. THE LETTUCE WAS NOT BROWN BUT THE TOMATOES WERE VERY SOGGY.
