We loved this restaurant!

The food was fantastic. One of us had the loaded baked potato.

This was no ordinary baked potato. It was loaded with lots of very tasty brisket. It also had butter, nacho cheese, sour cream, jalapenos, and chives (and maybe more).

This was a gigantic potato probably weighing over a pound by itself. With all of the brisket, sauce and toppings it probably weighed over three pounds.

This is a complete meal.

Most importantly, it was delicious. They cook the brisket themselves over Mesquite wood.

I had the pulled pork sandwich. The pork and BBQ sauce were very flavorful. I thoroughly enjoyed this sandwich. It was very large and a good deal for the money.

The dinning room was very clean.

I've been traveling this road for years, making my way to Mexico and back, all the while exploring the world of food. As a true food lover with a taste for the finer things, I appreciate every detail of a dining experience. RK Bar-B-Que has that perfect mom-and-pop charm—spotlessly clean and inviting, with service that’s genuinely attentive.

Now, let me tell you about the food: it’s a solid 10 out of 10! I indulged in a loaded brisket baked potato, and it was pure bliss. And don’t even get me started on the peach cobbler—it was heavenly! I can't recommend RK Bar-B-Que enough. Two thumbs up...

This place is a gem I highly recommend. My husband had the brisket sandwich which had so much meat he couldn't eat it all. I had the grilled chicken salad with fresh greens onion bacon carrots cucumber and croutons. I was only able to eat about half. We took the leftover brisket and salad back to our campsite for a nice post Christmas dinner. Atmosphere is very pleasant and clean. The service is great and they are very friendly.
