Taco Bell — Restaurant in Gonzales

To whom it may concern (aka owner of this dog water taco bell): listen, it's taco bell. we know what to expect. the problem comes with your staff here. staff needs to know when they are wrong, which was a big problem tonight as i had a yelling contest with with your line cook who looks like mr bean. i just wish mr bean would focus more on the bean and cheese tacos he's supposed to be making then trying to prove he's the taco bell alpha. they missed an order. i came back for what they missed. they acted like i messed up. i'm not driving 20 minutes round trip for a $5.50 order thats missing unless it's really missing (also i'm really petty.) mr bean proceeds to tell me that i'm wrong which if he wouldve stuck to the mr bean script, wouldn't of said a word. i understand that hiring a mcdonalds tier level employee is just out of range, but maybe just train a better staff. Lmfao what a joke. We went through the drive thru: They didn’t have any large cups so they gave us a medium when we paid for a large (online). Didn’t have the flavor slush we ordered. They pulled us forward away from the window just to have us wait forever. There wasn’t another customer in line or inside. They handed us our food and we immediately ate a fry (we decided to try that new nugget meal and it came with fries. Had to clarify because who goes to Taco Bell for fries lol) yeah so the fries were cold like they had been sitting for hours. Yeah trashed those. Just look at this picture. What in the world. These are the ‘nuggets’ I mean just look at them. They were hard as a rock and cold to the touch. We had to break one open just to see what was inside. The ‘chicken’ (or hamster meat.. whatever that was) looked dry as could be and smelt extremely odd. Definitely tossed it in the trash.

This is the most unprofessional place I hve been to. The manager Darrell treats the employees terrible. You can hear him over the head sets being rude, and have voiced my opinion about his rudeness to other employees and they agree but there’s nothing they can do if they want a job. I feel sorry for the employees that have to work with him. I went by for lunch at 1:00 and was told there was no meat. A few nights ago I came by the drive through and was told they were out of taco shells and meat. This place has gone down so much since it first open. Poor management.
