McDonald’s — Restaurant in Good Hope

Got 2 McGriddles at 5:30am and both of them were dry and old. I asked the lady at the counter if they could be remade, and she said to give her a sec because her manager was in the restroom. A lady asked for my food and I gave it to her. A few seconds later I heard her and a few others in the back saying “That’s not hard! Feel that and tell me if it’s hard.” So I kind of looked behind the counter and told them I NEVER said it was hard, I said it was dry and old. They just stared at me. By far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I ordered on mobile app and had to wait for 45 minutes for my food to come out and it was cold and missing items. I went in and stood at the counter for 10 minutes for them to look at me and not help me at all, then I could hear the employees talk about how much they hated working the front counter. I ended up calling the store to tell them I was at the front counter to have an order fixed before anyone helped me and then when I did get help they were rude as hell. I ordered way before 10:30 breakfast on my app & finally got to the drive thru ordering at 10:35 & they refused to make my order were extremely rude & now I have to wait 1-7 days for a refund and my kids don’t have their food they wanted!
