It's a nice little place that celebrates our military. We have been several time s. I always get the deluxe fish sandwich, and it's never been better than the last time we were there. I think they changed breading or something. We also get a side salad, and they are always fresh. My wife and Mother in law got the reueben fish and loved it. The parking is ok getting in and out. The service is actually pretty good. The day we were in two girls kinda got into a tif verbal about cleaning off a table. Just words and looks. Lol. But it didn't get out of hand or hurt the service. The drinks are large, to say the least. Ice tea seemed fresh. We will continue to go back. This location had been through several other restaurants there. We hope Lori and her family continue to grow this place. Goshen needs places like this, and goshen people need to continue to visit this establishment. There can be a wait time at peak dinner hours,we have never been there for breakfast or lunch. Ok! New review. First time I have eaten here in a long time. The service was damn good,(Lee) and food was very good. We both had the cod sandwiches, and they were so good. They changed the fish sandwich from last time we were there and made it better! Will be back! We have to try their...
Read moreWow, such a great place I have to leave a review now. Not a single negative about this place. Indiscreet little joint you could pass all the time and not know what it is unless you're going there purposely. How there isn't a continuous line out the door is beyond me. Packed but not overly crowded. Seated for our group as soon as they could put the tables together. Our waiter was Lee and he was fantastic from start to finish. Drinks always full, good with joking around, timely bringing food out, and patient for those to decide between all the wonderful options. Appetizers out early as you would expect but somehow lost at most places these days. Even the patrons were friendly and sharing sweets with our daughter. Thank you Lee for adding to the already superb experience! The amount of food is a lot for the price. I could easily spend 30-50% more at most places for the same amount and be a lot less amused at quality and service. I think the only regrets were not enough room for their crazy shakes. But we saw them, whole oreos, nutter butters, nutty buddys, and a whole lot more sticking out of them and drizzled. But do not weep for us as we will definitely be back. 15-20 minutes away, no problem. Hope Lee is...
Read moreHad Lori's for the first time a few days ago,on Friday. It was ok. We ordered online and it was ready when I arrived. The staff member was nice and I was greeted with a smile. When I got home we realized the fries we ordered that we paid to add cheese to did not have cheese. The kids meal was also very small. My daughter is 10 so we know some kids meals just aren't going to be enough but we figured with it being $8 it was probably a decent portion since that's a bit on the higher price range for a kid meal. We order her the same kids meal at a similar type of restaurant for $5 and the portion is much bigger. Without counting a couple small broken fries she only had 8 fries. My husband and I both got burgers. I got the mushroom and he just got a plain one. They were good. Not the best I've ever eaten but pretty good. I didn't care for the potato salad. It was a little sweet. I also got the fried green tomatoes. They were tasty. The breading was very good. Didn't care for the Lori's sauce. Again it was a little sweet and kind of like a thin thousand island type sauce. All in all the food was ok. If your looking for a decent burger I'd recommend them but they were definitely a little pricey for the...
