Starbucks — Restaurant in Goshen

I’m not really a coffee drinker, I prefer Frappe over anything, as I can’t tolerate hot drinks, I don’t have the patience to wait 😁and caffeine I don’t really indulge in. But every now and then I like to treat myself to a Mocha Frappe with extra sweet stuff in it and extra sweet stuff drizzled on the outside of the whipped cream 😋 When I went here it was as the lady who made the drinks was in a caffeinated rush mode 😳 I mean she wasn’t smiling her focus was on the drinks and she had mine made so quickly, she forgot all my extra sweet stuff 👎🏽so I told the cashier, who was very nice, and another younger girl made it, and done a great job, because she inquired with me before hand on what I was wanting it to taste like and what I wanted in it, so she could make it correct. Service was terrible! 3 staff behind the counter. One staff member just leaned on the counter and was just looking around. I think she was training, but she made no attempt to watch the other girl making the drinks. She just looked out over the line of people's heads and stared into space looking bored. The 2nd girl also seemed newish but at least she was trying to learn how to make the drinks. The other girl was taking orders and then filling them. However she got the woman's order ahead of me wrong 2 times and mine was wrong also. We waited 15 minutes for our drinks and only one person was ahead of us and she only ordered 2 drinks. Went in this morning and my mom simply asked for a bagel with her coffee, and the women at the counter,was real rude and snippy, and told her ,"We don't sell bagels at this location anymore as you can see."Pointing to where they keep breakfast sandwiches, which my mom DIDN'T see.
