Runza Restaurant — Restaurant in Gothenburg

I have been to this Runza several times, but today, the Manager Austin went over and above. To make a long story short; I live out of town, and my dad has been home sick, so I wanted to send him some homemade soup. Knowing Runza has fantastic soup, I had an old friend lined up to deliver, but I wanted to pay for it before she got there. Without going into a lot of confusing details (being in bigger cities, we take delivery services for granted), Austin made it happen.. Great customer service is rare these days.. Went tonight at 6:30. One car in lot two in drive thru, ordered a double cheese burger and kids chickin strips. I got home and was greeted with a cheese burger (VERY RARE....ALMOST GROSE)and onion rings and a kids meal corn dogs. I went to look for my receipt so I could call, and no receipt. What was it that I paid for that I could not complain? I always enjoy coming here, but this has happened more than once. I can brush it, but when my grand daughter wants chicken and gets corn dogs and I have no receipt I can't explain she has to eat it anyway. Very...

My wife and I always stop at a Runza when we drive across Nebraska to/from relatives in Lincoln. Gothenburg's Runza is one of our top 3 favorites: Friendly welcome from small-town folks; great food at reasonable prices; cleanliness; and very easy off/on from I-80. Seniors, don't hesitate to ask for your discount! I always do if needed, but the cashiers often give me the 10% discount without my asking.
