I cannot give zero stars but that is what this place deserves...My wife went tonight and got the worst service ever. The lady behind the counter even wrote a fake name down on the receipt when asked for her name to give her feedback. The lady did not want to do the sandwich as being directed it was a special order. The lady didn't have any utensils ready there was no mayonnaise in the containers none of the products were available she didn't want to do her job she walked to and from the back she gave consistent attitude she literally just tossed the product onto the counter if you could review the cameras for July 10 20 25 between 9:15 the 9:30 p.m. when the receipt was reprinted this person whoever it was horrible didn't want to take our phone number then didn't want to take credit card then said didn't want to take cash completely horrible service whoever runs this establishment needs to hire a brand new crew or Subway should take away their franchise this is giving Subway a bad...

I live very close to this location so I thought it would be convenient for me to come eat lunch here with my wife. We came in and we were not greeted the girl actually went to the back and was there about 3 to 4 minutes . Finally when she came out we got our orders and I ordered a vegetarian sub Every location I go to I asked kindly for my spinach to be like diced or cut by hand so I don't have a mouth full spinach when I bite into the sandwich . When I asked her how come she said we don't do that type of service here I stay quiet and I proceeded to go eat my sandwich. She spoke to me in a high tone and very rude as if I was not spending money there. When I finish my food I kind of asked what was her name and thank you she told me I do not need to give you my name which is okay with me but I will proceed into speaking to somebody in corporate because you don't not need somebody with that type of attitude working in your locations. Bought an Ultimate BMT (#18 on the menu). I know this sandwich comes with 2x cheese, when I asked for it, the lady pushed back saying that this sandwich doesn't come with 2x cheese. I asked "Are you sure? It literally says it there on the menu". She answered that the menus have changed, this is just a regular BMT and the price isn't the same as in the menu. I had to pay EXACTLY what was on the menu, it was called Ultimate BMT, that's what the receipt says.
