Hardee’s — Restaurant in Graceville

If I could give negative stars I would this was so bad. Bad enough that I will report April not only to the store manager but will be calling the corporate office as well as a Every state official to have this restaurant looked at. I watched them take food out to a car and hand it to the person then bring that same food that had been in a Black car back inside and hand it out the window to me. It was not my order but the shift manager APRIL continued to tell me it was my order . I told her multiple times that we ordered two number ones one large and one medium. We had two sandwiches in the bag and one fry. It was not our order. When I kept telling her she said it is your order and I am not giving you free fries. What is she talking about. She was handing me food that had been inside another vehicle and then walked back in to her and then she hands that bag to me. I just spent $18 for no food because when I decided I just needed to go in to address this she was in the store with two teenagers that were sitting on the counter and was cussing up a storm about me because i said the order wasn’t mine. So April I will get my $18 worth some how. Probably by reporting this until you are not there or until they come out and inspect this hardees and their food handling. We had to throw the food away and the only thing that was correct was the power aid and the coke. I will not eat food that has been passed in and out of cars and then to us and then you keep insisting that we are trying to get something for free. The Food is made right and presentable. Only when the young man, Mr.Dwight Laster works.He is a cook there, that's the only time I go there to eat. If i don't see his vehicle in the parking lot at Hardees where the employees work I want even stop there to eat. I've been doing this faithfully now for the past 5yrs. Every since he been employed there. Yes!! I have in the past visited there before with some of the other cooks working. However when I did it was either made wrong or it's was sometimes cold as well as SLOPPY. SOME PEOPLE REALLY DON'T TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. THEY ARE REALLY JUST THERE FOR A PAYCHECK. NOT FOR THE SAKE OF THE COMPANY OR THE CUSTOMERS. I CANNOT SAY THAT ABOUT THIS YOUNG MAN BECAUSE I HEARD HIM I QUOTE I WILL NEVER SERVE SOMETHING THAT I WOULDN'T EAT. Normally we love the food at the Hardee's in Bonifay, Florida. However, today we were greatly disappointed. My grilled chicken sandwich was rubbery and tasteless, and my husband's chicken tenders were also rubbery and lacking flavor. Our fries were soggy and inedible. Basically, we spent twenty dollars on a barely edible meal. I called the Bonifay Hardee's to express my disappointment, and the worker I spoke with told me that the Bonifay Hardee's recently switched to a new supplier of its chicken, and everyone has been complaining about the chicken's rubbery texture and lack of flavor.
