Subway — Restaurant in Graceville

When you pay twice for a meal because there online app doesn’t register anything…. You go in person, wait 20 mins for your meal to be made, while the manager has “family” running around the store “very young children “ . Get called 3 hrs later saying my online order is waiting. I’ve paid TWICE for a meal. A store employee calls the manager, and she tells me she can’t help me, even though she remembers me….. give me her district who doesn’t answer, and no way to call a corporate number…. This is bull and not right…. At this point not sure I’ll ever support...

Service was very slow. Staff was not.friendly and not listening to what customers were requesting. Food buns we're nasty. By the demeanor of the the two staff members you could tell they did not want to be there. I ordered a Tuna Sub in Italian bread w/ mayo, she put way to much mayo in it that it was coming out the sides if the bread. The place was filthy, atmosphere was not friendly and staff appeared to not be trained in customer service. We will not go back to this subway and recommend others...

It's a lady that works at the Graceville FL subway by the name of Mrs.Mary. Every time that we walk in the store she greets us with a warm and lovely smile. When she sees our daughters she knows exactly what they want a cheese pizza or Ham and cheese Sub. We love her so much and we appreciate her there at the subway. I don't know who reads these reviews but Mrs. Mary deserves an award or raise for her outstanding customer service. Thank you from the Davis Family and Mrs....
