Dairy Queen Store — Restaurant in Grafton

just picked up a birthday cake for 35$. I've had other cakes from different dairy queens.. and I never saw such a sloppy ..could care less..job on a cake..the lettering was block letters..thats fine but I seriously don't know what color they were going for in the center outline of that cake..ugh it wasnt autumn brown and it wasnt purple it looked like poop..literal poop!.I called and they spoke to the general Mgr and they offered to refund the money if I brought the cake back..fair enough... but the birthday is today! Went in little before 8 o'clock watched come watched people go, went to register and found our food was sent out the window, so they put our order in again, 15 to 20 minutes they brought our order out and it was the wrong sandwiches, 15 to 20 minutes later they brought the right sandwiches with the same fries they brought to us the first time needless to say that they was terrible. I love being the manager at this location.. it is a GREAT place to work..
