Absolutely delicious meal. Even better service from Edgar (I believe was his name)
SAD I HAVE TO EDIT FOR TRUTH::
Ridiculous that when my food doesn't even come out correct to begin with and I have to wait an additional 15 minutes for my food when my husband is now done eating... to then be brought our bill and $8.99 to add queso to the top of your burrito was placed on my bill without knowledge. When I proceeded to explain to the manager and told "we will not be removing that" ohhhkk... So about the fact that our first round of margaritas were also delivered incorrect, and the charges on my bill DO NOT reflect the amounts listed in the menu. Ie: Carne asada burrito $20.99 menu price... $22.99 on my bill - BEFORE ANY ADDED QUESO.
Sadly, won't be back.
Waited a year.. Decided to go back. The nickle and diming is sad and uncalled for.
Once again prices do not match what was listed in the menu vs what I was charged. Once again blind sided by the $3.99 for a SMALL side of pico... It's not hRd to communicate that cost with your guest. I WOULD HAVE PASSED. But, that's why they don't. Which my pico "cost" should be included in the 28.99 for fajitas!?! That don't even come out on a sizzling skillet.. That are listed $26.99 in the menu... That made 3 whole small tortillas worth of food.. Nothing for take home. I can get a delectable filet mignon for that price!!! Contacting BBB after this one... This is price gouging and hiding real costs at its finest. New photo attached...
Read moreMy experience tonight was one I won't soon forget. The waitress was very nice and attentive but unfortunately the food that was served didn't live up to the level of service she provided. I ordered the molcajete as I often do whenever I go to a Mexican restaurant but felt immediate dejection upon its delivery. What was placed in front of me looked like a bunch of badly cut vegetables in a bath of plain tomato sauce. There were only 3 pieces of steak and about as many chunks of chicken. The flavor and scent weren't far off from what I expected either, the steak was chewy and had almost no flavor and the chicken was gummy. For $24 I felt like I was completely ripped off. The grande margarita was almost as much as what you would play for a fifth of alcohol and tasted like there was almost no tequila at all. My girlfriend ordered pork carnitas and got overcooked steak fajitas. She didn't want to bother ordering again because of how long it took to come out. Her sister got chicken enchiladas and couldn't finish them because they had no flavor. Hoping that they would at least be better than my molcajete I had a bite of hers only to be greeted with flavorless mushy chicken. The rice and refried beans were the only thing I ate to completion. I will never waste my money here again and I hope if you go here you don't get ripped...
Read moreWe have been going to Mazatlan since my children were little. The new Mazatlan in Graham opened up this year and to our surprise our favorite bar waitress "Ale" was transferred up to this location. Ale is the best! She has waited on us between the two locations for years. She greets us as we come in, remembers are names and is always very attentive. We take special care to be sure and sit in her area so she can wait on us. We were planning a family dinner, so on very short notice, like a day we called up to Mazatlan, happened as though Ale answered the phone. We explained there would be about 15 in our party and could they accommodate us. Ale said don't you worry, I will handle it. When we arrived Ale had arranged to have us sit in the new banquet area. What a surprise! It was perfect, we never expected to have that available to us. We went on with our party, the food and service as usual was wonderful. Although we were not able to have Ale assist with this party, she did stop in a couple times and ask if everything was going okay? In closing, please appreciate your waitress and waiters and tip them well. They work hard and as Ale has shown goes above and beyond always,
Chuck,...
