I had the absolute best experience at Waffle House! I initially planned to just grab a waffle and coffee to go, but as soon as I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by Dineisha. Her enthusiasm and charm immediately drew me in, and I couldn't resist staying for a full meal.

Dineisha, my waitress, who humorously referred to herself as a "Salesperson," (which is on her tag) asked if it was my first visit. When I mentioned that my brother had raved about the waffles but not the chicken, she encouraged me to dine in. I’m so glad I did! The atmosphere was cozy, and while it started out with just a handful of patrons, by the time I left, it was buzzing with energy.

Now, let’s talk about the waffle! It was buttery, savory, and absolutely delightful—perfectly portioned and cooked to perfection. While I couldn’t try the chicken due to my pescatarian diet, Dineisha made a strong case for it, and I could tell that the flavors must be amazing.

Dineisha is truly a manager in the making; her strong communication skills and genuine warmth shine through in every interaction.

I was also impressed by my waitress, Mel —sorry, my "Salesperson"! She was polite, friendly, and fantastic with kids. I witnessed her engaging with a little girl, showing just how great she is at connecting with customers of all ages.

One thing to note: the conversations between the cooking staff were loud and hilarious! I found myself laughing at their banter—whether it was just me eavesdropping or if they were a bit boisterous, it certainly added to the lively atmosphere.

Overall, my experience at Waffle House was exceptional. I can't wait to return and try more from the menu—Highly recommend!

Thanks Mel,...

I really enjoyed breakfast at this location. I am not a huge fan of Waffle Houses, HOWEVER, I found myself here with my friend. When I walked in the first thing that I noticed was that they were FULLY staffed. We sat at the counter which gave a good view of the staff cooking. The cooking areas were CLEAN and the staff cooking wore gloves. I was amazed at just how organized and focused each cook was at their station, wow! They were so focused on preparing the food. This blew me away. There were 13 total people working today. We visited from 9:30 am - 10:30 am (Saturday, August 31, 2024). I had the Texas Bacon Patty Melt. It was very delicious. I could tell that this staff had been trained well individually for the collective benefit of GREAT FOOD, SERVICE and good food delivery time, the wait for our food was very short, about 6 minutes. The waitress, asked if we wanted regular utensils or plastic and also cups. I thought this was very proactive because I think this is a preference of many people. The entire team seemed to gel well and this was NICE. This was a good display of organizational systems. Today was a great experience at this location. Kudos to the Manager and whoever trained the staff, you did a great job and it...

Big shout out to the cooks here! I went 2 nights in a row, and the food was amazing, however it’s saddens me that bad service, and awful atmosphere can completely play a part in enjoying the awsome food. Both times I wanted to pack my good hot food up and leave, but it was so good, I figured I’d just ignore the servers who were young and very inexperienced. Along with that came rude, nonchalant attitudes that clearly showed, there was no care for customers, and only a care for tips. On top of that curse words were uttered every sentence and conversation without a thought or care that customers could actually hear them. Didn’t try to whisper or hide them either, yes we have freedom of speech, but when you are in the business of customer service, you do not conduct yourself the way you would outside of an establishment. It was sad, will be praying for all the young ladies that were working. If you don’t mind a atmosphere as described, and just want to eat, I totally recommend eating here, but if you’re like me and BIG on not just food experience, but customer service experience as well,...

You definitely get different quality of customer service and great work ethic depending who is working. I work for Duke and come in to get my breakfast on way to work. I normally deal with a male on nights leaving in am or an older lady but this morning I met a younger woman and she didn’t have the best report to be representing the company. I guess I’ll drive by and see who there my order was made incorrect by short lady with dreads and the workers was whispering when I stated how it should be. Then instead of fixing it the put missing items on side like I didn’t pay for it to be on sandwich. Definitely not worth dealing with upon starting your day.

Asides from the alarming sign as you enter, there's nothing to complain about. Actually, the biscuits, coffee and waffles we had were delicious and cheap. The staff were also genuinely good, kind and attentive. They also remembered me and my girlfriend from a week ago which I thought was nice. Overall a great gas station stop!
